This wonderful 4 bedroom townhome is just steps to the beautiful white sands of Pensacola Beach! The kitchen has been updated with quartz counter tops and a great breakfast bar to gather around with family and friends. This is our home away from home so the kitchen is well stocked for cooking and offers additional amenities like a gas grill, crock pot & a Keurig that makes single serve or a pot of coffee. The covered back deck and living area both overlook one of the swimming pools and a pond. You'll enjoy the easy access to the pool off the back deck and watching ducks and turtles play in the pond. This home is located in Regency Cabanas which is a low density gulf front gated complex that offers two pools and outdoor green space. Also, Cowley park which offers tennis / pickleball courts, a basketball court, a track and a playground for kids is just an easy 1 mile walk/ride/drive down a flat low traffic residential road.

The mattresses in the master, king bedroom 3 and the full size bed are new Serta IComfort Cool Gel mattresses and the mattress in king bedroom two is a new high quality hybrid mattress(firm and great for anyone with back trouble or that prefers a firm bed!) so don't worry about lumpy cheap mattresses here!
