Spacious 4 bedroom townhome just steps to the beautiful white sands of Pensacola Beach! The kitchen has been updated with quartz counter tops and has a great breakfast bar to gather around with family and friends. This is our home away from home so the kitchen is well stocked for cooking and offers additional amenities like a gas grill, crock pot & a Keurig for coffee. The covered back deck and living area both overlook one of the swimming pools and a pond. You'll enjoy the easy access to the pool off the back deck and watching ducks play in the pond. This home is located in Regency Cabanas which is a low density gulf front gated complex that offers two pools and outdoor green space. Also, Cowley park which offers tennis / pickleball courts, a basketball court, a track and a playground for kids is just an easy 1 mile walk/ride/drive down a flat residential road.

The mattresses in the master, king bedroom 3 and the full size bed are new Serta IComfort Cool Gel mattresses and the mattress in king bedroom two is a new high quality hybrid mattress(firm and great for anyone with back trouble or that prefers a firm bed!) so don't worry about lumpy cheap mattresses here!

This home is located on the quiet residential end, so you won't have to fight the crowds on the beach. The trolly also stops just outside the complex, so during the summer, you can park the car and ride to the Boardwalk, shopping or dining areas.

Summer rentals are weekly from Sunday to Sunday with a check in time at 4:00 p.m. and a check out time of 10:00 a.m.

This is a NO SMOKING & NO PETS unit. Rental age requirement is 25.
