Diese 2017 renovierte, erste Wohneinheit mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern im ersten Stock befindet sich auf der Bay-Seite unseres Anwesens. Es gibt einen Mindestaufenthalt von vier Nächten für diese Einheit. Die Bay-Seite verfügt über einen Pool, einen Whirlpool und Holzkohlegrills. Es ist auch ein sehr kurzer Spaziergang zum Gulf Side Teil unserer Eigenschaft, die einen anderen Pool, zwei Tennisplätze und unseren weißen Sandstrand hat. Das komfortabel eingerichtete Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett ausgestattet und das Gästeschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett und ein Doppelbett. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über einen 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, während das Wohnzimmer einen 40-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher bietet. Beide Bäder verfügen über Badewannen- / Duschkombinationen. Die geräumige Küche ist komplett mit allen Dingen ausgestattet, die Sie zum Kochen benötigen - Töpfe / Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster und eine Kaffeemaschine. Die Wohnung ist komplett gefliest. Es gibt auch eine komfortabel eingerichtete Außenterrasse, auf der Sie und Ihre Familie die warme tropische Brise genießen können.

Because the host isn’t an individual, but the Palm Bay office, it isn’t as easy as sending a message in the app for communicating or asking simple questions. That said, this condo was beautiful. The location is great, you can look out and see the bay from the sliders and patio. Very comfortable. We would definitely consider staying again in this condo. Very clean, great location, very comfortable.

This was a great property for my family. It was exactly as described. The home was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The beach and the ocean were beautiful. The ladies at the lobby for the Palm Bay Club were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They recommended a restaurant, Spearfish Grille, which we absolutely loved. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

We needed a place to stay while our condo was being cleansed/fixed following the last hurricane. This unit was perfect to accommodate my 95 year old mother and my family. We appreciated the convenience and security. We had Christmas here.

My wife, 3 daughters and I, had a very nice time, good location. Staff were all very nice and helpful. If there was anything to make it better, is if the washer and dryer were in the condo, but wasn’t the end of the world. Would definitely stay here again!

Close to the pool (few steps away) on bay side, which has a beautiful view and jacuzzi. It is a little walk to the beach, some days we drove to the 'other side' and other days we walked over. Beautiful white sands of siesta key are worth a little effort ;)
