Unit 174 Küchenumbau in Kürze!
Eine 2 Schlafzimmer 2 Badezimmer Club Suite Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock auf der Golf von Mexiko Seite unseres Eigentums. Unsere Zwei-Zimmer-Einheiten bieten Platz für bis zu 6 Gäste, um dem Sarasota County Fire Code zu entsprechen. Beide Schlafzimmer sind mit Teppich ausgelegt und es gibt Fliesen im Rest der Wohnung. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit 2 Queensize-Betten und einem 42-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet. Das Master-Badezimmer verfügt über eine ebenerdige Dusche. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über 1 Kingsize-Bett und einen 32-Zoll-Flachbild-TV. Das Gäste-Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Duschtüren für einen leichteren Zugang. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie zum Kochen benötigen - Töpfe / Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und eine Keurig-Kaffeemaschine. Das geräumige Wohnzimmer ist mit einem 47-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit HD-TV ausgestattet. Aufgrund seiner zentralen Lage ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zu unserem weißen Sandstrand und den Tennisplätzen und dem Pool. Die komfortabel eingerichtete Terrasse ist abgeschirmt, so dass Sie und Ihre Familie die herrliche tropische Brise genießen können.

Unit exceeded expectations and is in a great location on beach side of property. It is on the second floor, near large pool/pickleball courts, and close to beach and trolley stops. Beach lounge chairs and umbrellas available on beach. Would highly recommend!

Great spot for a girls weekend!

We had the best time. The condo was perfect. It was clean bright and comfortable. Location was great. Steps to the most beautiful beach. We visited Key village which was a five minute drive and Lido Key just another 15 minute drive where we shopped in so many places. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Palm Bay Club: our Siesta Key destination for over ten years

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mostly wonderful. Was hoping for a slightly earlier check-in time, but unfortunately, that didn’t happen. The kitchen was pleasant to work in and had necessary appliances, dishes, and utensils. Bathrooms were clean and well-stocked. From experience, we know the items to bring including shampoo. Paper towels are not provided. Only the loveseat was comfortable in the living room. Bed mattress was a little soft, but not lumpy. Many pillows were provided. There were two hampers which I found after searching, which made it easier for used clothes. The clothing rack made it easy to dry swim clothes. I always enjoy lap swimming early in the morning in the 25 yard heated pool. The door lock was a problem not because of the code but the door doesn’t line up neatly with the lock. Sometimes we left the door unlocked for short periods for this reason. The beach had enough lounges and chairs the week we were in Siesta in wonderful weather. Overall, we had a wonderful experience in our time in Palm Bay Club, particularly Room 174. I hope we left the room in good condition.

The condo is beautiful and in a great location. The staff is not very friendly. The laundry is not convenient and you have to pay for the use of the washer and dryer.

Overall, we would definitely recommend the Palm Bay Club and this unit.

Great location, Beautiful beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 5 glorious days in Siesta Key at the Palm Bay Club. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Our unit 174 was a perfect location in my opinion. Right next to the tennis courts and pool. Pretty much smack dab in the middle of the condo complex. The Fog Hop was one of many free rides up and down Midnight Pass so no worries about driving anywhere. I can’t say enough about the incredible beach and how well maintained and just gorgeous. Chairs or loungers were brought down and set anywhere you chose. It was by far the most beautiful beach I’ve been to.... The sand was like soft white powder. Really enjoyed our stay at Palm Bay Club. Unforgettable.

The Perfect Place to Enjoy Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 174 is a perfect home away from home. Great location to enjoy the pool and a very short walk to the bay side pool. The unit had everything we could possibly need-beach umbrella, extra blankets, iron, hair dryers and so much more. It is well maintained with gorgeous flooring, furniture, bedding, and the open floor plan enhances the beauty of the unit. We were so comfortable and very pleased with everything about this unit. It is the perfect place for a family! Trolley stop right outside the property to take a visit to the Village or down to Turtle Beach. The Palm Bay Club facility is immaculate and provides tight security. Staff is wonderful. We loved having our beach chairs set up for us . Don’t hesitate to book your stay. We will definitely be back.
