In diesem Herbst werden Renovierungsarbeiten an der Außenseite des Grand Tower durchgeführt. Bitte rufen Sie das Büro an, um weitere Informationen zu erhalten. Eine Zwei-Schlafzimmer-Zwei-Badezimmer-Wohnung mit Blick auf den Golf befindet sich im 3. Stock unseres Grand Tower Building. Vom Wohn- und Esszimmer aus haben Sie einen teilweisen Blick auf den Strand. Hier können Sie die Sonnenuntergänge am Abend beobachten! Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und einen 32-Zoll-Fernseher. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über zwei Queensize-Betten und einen 26-Zoll-Fernseher. Zur Einhaltung des Brandschutzgesetzes von Sarasota County dürfen maximal sechs Personen in dieser Unterkunft übernachten. Das Hauptbadezimmer verfügt über eine ebenerdige Dusche und das Gästebadezimmer über eine Badewanne mit Glastür. Die Terrasse ist von Fenstern umgeben, die geöffnet werden können, um die schöne Brise zu genießen, und verfügt über einen 26-Zoll-Flachbild-TV. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem 55-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet. Die Küche hat Granitoberflächen und ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie zum Kochen benötigen - Töpfen / Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine mit 12 Tassen und einem Keurig. Die Wohnung ist gefliest, mit Ausnahme der Schlafzimmer mit Teppichboden, und die Schiebefenster ermöglichen es Ihnen, die Meeresbrise zu genießen.

Beautiful Siesta Key Florida

This was the easiest check in ever. Our condo was sparkling clean. It is close to the beach, described as a partial water view, couldn't see the water. The pool areas were both great. Lots of towels too. The beach is beautiful.

Everything was great overall...Regarding our unit, it was great. Very comfortable, but needs updating. Specifically, the bathrooms. The toilets would get clogged very easily. It seems like it happens a lot since each bathroom had a plunger next to the toilet. Also, the kitchen also needs better pans. Otherwise, it was wonderful.

The pullout sofa was almost useless, the foam cushioning was very old. This unit description says "partial view" but because of overgrown vegetation/trees, there was no beach view at all. My family still want to come back another time but we will be picking a different unit.

Great First-Time Visit to Siesta Key

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Palm Bay Club is top notch in regard to their hospitality, security, and groundskeeping! When speaking to other guests on the beach during our stay, I completely understand why Palm Bay Club guests come back time and time again! Unit 35 in the Tower was in an overall great location especially for my 81 year old mother as it was easy for her to access the beach. This unit was on the back side of the building near the resort's heating and cooling system. Thus, there was a constant noise (almost like loud wind), but we kept the windows closed for the most part, so it became more like white noise. The unit was very clean and the beds were super comfortable! Would definitely consider this unit again for the great price.

Great HOWEVER not at fault of lister!!!!!

The actual property was great and detailed excellent in the app. HOWEVER not at fault of the lister.. the general manager was very unprofessional, short, and rude. The hot tub was not working for 4 of the 5 day we stayed. We Made multiple inquires towards the staff on it being broken. ( the front desk girls were great) Had multiple claims it was fixed when it was not..taking up our whole trip of going back checking to see if it was warm when they said it was fixed but it was not..this was at least x 4 during our stay. We talked to the general manager, he was very unprofessional, short, and inconsiderate. Stating “You didn’t come to Florida just for a hot tub” I have stayed in the facility before with great reviews and we understand the complications that come. With the whirlspools/pools. however the poor quality of customer service/ understanding of the facilities not working for x4 of our 5 days present..instead of acting with understanding, he acted with attitude and defensiveness which was highly inappropriate and unprofessional for a general manager. I DO NOT record bad reviews unless I am very upset about services however this was the result with this manager. ALL other staff and facilities were so great and highly recommended

Dear Recent Guest, I certainly do apologize for any comments that I made that offended you. My comment was in the form of a question with additional comments. However, I can understand your frustration and also did at the time with our Hot Tub. As we state in our Rental Agreements from time to time we have needed maintenance being done on items around the property or in the units themselves that are required regardless of occupancy. We also state that from time-to-time items may malfunction and need to be repaired as was the case with our Hot Tub. These items are out of our control, and we do not discount, we do our best to have the items repaired asap. We are also at the mercy and time constraints; scheduling of the vendor as was the case with the Hot Tub. We certainly hope that you visit the Palm Bay Club again and pray that our Hot Tub is working as beautifully as it is now. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 5 days in the Tower unit 035. The unit was nice beds were comfortable. Toilet in 2nd bath doesn't work that great. Shower is in need of updating in the Master. Overall the unit was very nice. The biggest problem we had was one of the 2 elevators was broken the whole time. Talking with other guests this is a common occurrence. The beach is literally right out the front door of this building which was awesome. The front door to this bldg is secure as you need a key. The back door was not locked and looked broken. The grounds were very pretty and clean. Security was always around and very nice. A very good spot to watch fireworks!!

Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean except the garbage disposal was clogged, which I fixed. The furniture was a little worn. A sofa pillow had a hole, one of the family room chairs had ripped fabric, and the TV was old technology. One of the blinds did not work, and in the master, one of the curtai s was off the hook. I would have perferred a blackout shade. It gets light early in florida. On the balcony, there was a red stain on the chair and the balcony smelled like cigarette smoke even after we tried to air it out. The kitchen cabinet under the sink was chipped. This unit does not have a beach view and should not be marketed as such. It was nice to have the extra space of a 2 bed, 2 bath condo.

The washer/dryer was in the hall not in the unit. The property was very clean and well maintained with the exception of one light bulb being missing and one burner control broken on the stove. The property management was helpful in getting on WiFi. I would definitely recommend it to a friend or relative.

Great Beach, Great property, Great View! Need pool at the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love Palm Bay Club, we've stayed there several times. This time however, we had to wear a wrist band and so did the resort next door. Because of the wrist bands, I really feel that Palm Bay needs to add a swimming pool at the gulf end of the property, near the tower. You could put it in the grass near the circle drive at the beach. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. One more thing, please make towels available for the change room near the office, we didn't want to bring towels out of our room for the change room, and there were none available for us.

Hi Mary, thanks for the review. At this time, there are no plans to add a pool on/near the beach. However, guests can feel free to swim in one of the two other pools located on the property. All towels are available in each individual's room. At this time, we do not provide towels by the pools or in common area bathrooms. We hope to see you back again with us on your next vacation!
