Diese Eigentumswohnung im ersten Stock mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 BƤdern befindet sich auf der Golfseite unseres GrundstĆ¼cks. Dies ist ein idealer Weg, um die Schƶnheit von Siesta Key zu genieƟen. Aufgrund seiner zentralen Lage ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zu unserem weiƟen Sandstrand, den TennisplƤtzen, dem Pool und den Holzkohlegrills. Dieses GerƤt bietet Platz fĆ¼r 4 Personen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem 40-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Einzelbetten im GƤstezimmer mit einem 32 "-Flachbildfernseher. Das schƶne Hauptbad verfĆ¼gt Ć¼ber eine ebenerdige Dusche mit Haltegriffen, wƤhrend das GƤstebad Ć¼ber eine Badewannen- / Duschkombination verfĆ¼gt. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem 43 "-Flachbildfernseher mit FIOS HD-TV-Service fĆ¼r Ihre Unterhaltung ausgestattet. Die moderne, gerƤumige KĆ¼che verfĆ¼gt Ć¼ber GranitoberflƤchen und eine FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ckstheke. Es ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie zum Kochen benƶtigen - Tƶpfe / Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster und eine Kaffeemaschine und Keurig. Die Wohnung ist komplett gefliest. Es gibt auch zusƤtzlichen Wohnraum, da die Terrasse in den Wohnbereich integriert wurde. Es gibt auch einen kleinen BĆ¼robereich fĆ¼r Ihre Bequemlichkeit.

Everything was amazing. The staff was so friendly and always so accommodating! The condo was so clean and up to date. We will definitely stay here again! Ryan and Paul, the beach guys were fantastic. I will say the sprinkler system had a terrible smell every time they was in use, but other then that, everything was absolutely amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with appliance's. Beds were comfortable. We do wish the pillows were a bit more comfortable. It would be nice to have some throw blankets for the relaxing evenings. Extra towels was great! We wish there was shampoo and conditioner upon arrival. We had a late flight and was unable to get to a store. All in all, this rental was great and we will absolutely be back! The host was always quick to respond when contacted. Beautiful, clean, excellent location!

Very clean and close to the beach.

This condo was wonderful. It was very clean, spacious, well stocked and a minute from the beach. The Palm Bay Club is a very nice resort. I never felt unsafe and the pools and beach are within an easy, short walking distance. The property is gated with a huge private beach. I would definitely stay at this condo again!

From checking in to checking out, very easy. The property is beautiful, nice pool, tennis courts. Steps from the beach. Condo was very nice, good amount of room. Nice kitchen, everything you need to spend a week in Siesta Key. Centrally locatedā€¦ good time!

Easy to get anywhere you want to go. I would highly recommend the Palmbay club.

The master bed was so comfortable and I liked the large closet. We did have a couple maintenance issues, but Palm Bay came same day and fixed everything super quickly! The only thing is there is a ledge between the main room and the opened up sun room. Loved the layout, but there needs to be a sign or something especially for kids as the drop off is hard to see since it matches the floor. Overall very happy!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Siesta for several years and this is our first stay at Palm Bay. Our stay in unit 138 did not disappoint. We picked this unit because the beach was so close. From door to beach was maybe a 5 minute walk. We absolutely loved that we did not have to go down at sunrise to get a beach chair. Yuni, from Palm Bay took our chairs down every morning on his tractor which was an added bonus. The beach while busy on spring break never felt overly crowded. The grounds of Palm Bay are beautiful and well taken care of. Security came by frequently at night although we never heard or saw any problems. Our unit looked exactly like the pictures. Clean and well decorated. We only had a few complaints. First as we went to eat dinner the first night we only had 3 forks in the unit. We did call the front office and they brought us 5 more within 30 minutes. Second, the bed in the master bedroom felt as if we were sinking in to a hole. Sleep was not great for the week. And the last complaint has nothing to do with Palm Bay, but the trolley system. Palm Bay is pretty much in the middle of the Village and Crescent Beach. We took the trolley once all week. We pretty much walked everywhere. We usually only saw the trolley once we arrived to our destination. Again no fault of Palm Bay. We would stay here again. We had a fabulous week!

Only things I would add would be full length mirror and washer dryer in unit. This unit has a very high tub and shower, if you have any mobility issues it is a high step over. Also there is a step down from living room into porch area that is not marked, easy to trip. Was without tv for most of stay due to needing a new box on main tv and bedroom tv disabled. Laundry apps did not work, tried three phones, an hour and a half, security showed us cards to buy at pool area but then have to load money on so lost money buying cards, went to laundry mat instead.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed at The Palm Bay Club based on the recommendation of friends who had stayed there the previous year. The overall experience was ok, but the condition of our rental unit was less than satisfactory. The unit was dated compared to other units on the property, but the larger concern was the cleanliness. Upon moving in, my wife noted there were nates around the trash can area. She had to spend several hours cleaning and killing. The next day, we noticed they had returned. We eventually found a rooting. fruit above the microwave (I will try to attach pictures if possible). The maintenance man who responded to our call for help was excellent and very apologetic as was the office staff. They both commented that the 3rd party cleaning crew should have found that problem prior to our stay. The bottom line is that it negatively impacted the entire experience.

The furnishings were basic and early 2000 style. It was comfortable. Both bathrooms very small with little counter space. I was with 45 people for a reunion and our room was the only one with no beach chairs, umbrella or toys. 200+ teens gathered at the PBC beach nightly from dusk to midnight partying. Nothing security could do, they said. Annual event for Florida teens week before school starts, I heard.

This was basically a hotel room with a kitchen. The location to the beach was the best think about this place. The photos make it look better than it is. The kitchen and living area was nice, but the bedrooms and bathrooms are a bit run down. There are ZERO items in the kitchen besides pots/pans/silverware. Iā€™m used to at least salt and pepper and maybe some cooking oil or something. No soap or shampoo in the bathrooms and the ā€œbeach towelsā€ are just extra white towels. We were a bit disappointed.
