Dies ist ein tolles kleines Studio am Strand. Das Gerät ist mit einem Queen-Size-Bett, einem Queen-Size-Schlafsofa, einem 32-Zoll-LED-TV mit HD-Programmen und einer Küche mit einem Kühl- / Gefrierschrank, einem 2-Flammen-Kochfeld und einem Küchenherd mit Küchenzeile ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt und bietet direkten Zugang zum Strand direkt gegenüber. Perfekt für den begeisterten Strandbesucher und um das Inselleben von Siesta Key zu erleben. Zwei Liegestühle und ein Kühler sind vorhanden. Beachten Sie, dass dieses Gerät 1 Parkplatz und keinen Gästeparkplatz besitzt.

Excellent place close to the beach

We wanted to wake up and immediately go for a swim. This place was perfect. We had an issue and the owner was extremely responsive. Would definitely come again. Thank you all so much.

It was wonderfully renovated after storm damage and in excellent spot to enjoy the beach! Only two days wish we had more time.

Cozy!

This place was as described, cozy, and so close to the beach! We walked to the 3-5 minutes to the beach so the proximity was great! Small space but cozy enough for the 3 people we had! Check in/out was super easy.

Cute little cottage for two

This cute little cottage was perfect for my husband and I to stay in for two weeks. It is right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. You are less than a mile from the Village. It had everything we needed to cook a few meals wirh. We would definitely stay here again.

Siesta Key

While this is a small apartment, it had everything needed for our 2 week stay. The area was quiet and neighboring renters were friendly. The washer/dryer were convenient. Bed and furniture were comfortable. The best part is the closeness to the beach; right across the street. Close to the village, and the accessibility of the free Siesta Key Trolley made getting around easy.

A week on Paradise

A walk across the street and you’re on America’s #1 Beach! The free Village trolley is at the nearby corner. There is nothing fancy about the unit except the essentials. The owner was good to work with.

The rental needs a little elbow grease for cleaning, and could stand some new sheets, towels, & pillows. I would definitely like to come back to this property. I am curious.as to what the weekly of monthy rates would be. Great location as I am a beach lover. It's close to the village. Not too many negatives. If I brought by laptop with I could have used the T. V. I could not get network stations. The leg room for the toilet is limited.if you are a tall person. As I am an electrician, I would put in a dimmer switch for living room light. I like this place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of this property! The beach access is right across the road via a pedestrian crosswalk. It is within easy walking distance to the village, and there is a charming neighborhood right behind it to walk through. It was spotlessly clean! We were pleased to find a blowdryer, iron and ironing board, pillow top mattress. There were no coffee mugs, and the water in the shower was not quite hot enough to suit us. We would stay there again, just check to make sure the water situation is taken care of.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed here for our 5th anniversary and LOVED the location. It was about 3 minutes to put our feet in the ocean, is walk able to the Village, checking in & out was fabulously easy, and it was just what we needed. Our agenda was filled only with going to the beach, so this little place undoubtedly met our needs. Our biggest "complaint" would have to be the air conditioner. Coming in at about 11:30pm and having the A/C set at 80* it took all night for it to cool down and it was veryyyy uncomfortable. Other than that, it was an absolutely splendid week! We'll definitely be back!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Where do we even begin? We have never been to Siesta Key before and booked this place for our 10 year wedding anniversary! It is the perfect little place. It had beach chairs, towels, and a cooler. The place was very clean and welcoming. I read reviews about the couch and didn’t think it was bad at all. The place is right across the road from a beach access and perfect spot for walking to the local restaurants and shops. We sometimes would walk or sometimes catch the free shuttle. We will def be renting this place again and even looking into the other properties owned by the same people. Thanks again for everything!!

A few issues but overall ok

This property has a great location. However the amenities are lacking. They only supplied one roll of toilet paper for a 5 day stay. We ran out on night 4 but couldn’t get in contact with the manager because they only are in from 9-6 daily. Most of the beach chairs were broken. The bathroom had no fan so the only small mirror in the place was usually foggy and our towels were damp most of the time. In addition, the dishes are hand wash only (no dishwasher or garbage disposal) and they supplied an old ragged sponge for our use. Most of the pots/pans are sterling silver but no cooking spray was provided. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable as well. Our stay would have been great if a bit more thought would have been put into the space.
