Diese schöne Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Badezimmer mit Meerblick befindet sich im 10. Stock unseres Tower-Gebäudes. Von dieser Unterkunft aus genießen Sie Aussicht auf den Golf von Mexiko. Hier können Sie abends Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein wunderschönes Kingsize-Bett mit einem 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher. Um der Feuerwache von Sarasota County zu entsprechen, dürfen maximal 4 Personen in dieser Unterkunft schlafen. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Dusche. Sowohl die Küche als auch das Badezimmer wurden mit Granitarbeitsplatten ausgestattet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie zum Kochen benötigen - Töpfe / Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster, 12-Tassen-Kaffeemaschine sowie eine Keurig-Maschine. Die Wohnung ist komplett mit Hartholzboden im Schlafzimmer gefliest. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem 47-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher für Ihre Unterhaltung ausgestattet. We were very happy with check in, while accomodating our early arrival with parking, showers, and gate entry until our room was ready. Same with check out. We loved having access to both the gulf and bay sides.

Check in was great. Unit has the most amazing views you could possibly get. Unit was very clean. Spacious bathroom with very nice shower and plenty of vanity space. Everyone that works at this property must get a gappy pill in the morning because they were all soooo nice. We have been to beaches all over the Caribbean and Mexico and Europe but this is one of the nicest for sure. Siesta Key feels safe, and has an abundance of great restaurants!

Perfect litlle place right on the beach.

I booked this place for my husbands birthday which was the day before Christmas. We stayed in the tower. We really loved it! However the only compliment I have is the bed could of been better.

Gorgeous sunsets

This condo exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and nicely decorated. The views and the sound of the ocean were incredible. You won't get better sunsets! The property was very nice and quiet! So relaxing! Thanks so much for letting us rent it!

Beautiful view on Siesta Key

We spent 3 nights in this condo with beautiful views from the 10th floor.Very clean and roomy with an open air balcony. We found the condo a bit dated but nice. Great having beach towels provided and access to free lounge chairs on the beach. Would have been nice if simple amenities such as coffee and paper towels were offered. The location on the beach made it possible to open the sliding doors and hear the sound of the waves. Great for sleeping!

Nice Long Weekend

This unit gets 5 stars due to the view and location alone. It is a small unit, tiny kitchen, and barely enough room for a family of four (4), but the direct access to the beach and the view from the balcony and living room more than makes up for it. We did not have any sheets for the pull-out beds upon arrival, but all it took was a phone call to the office and linen was brought up immediately. Very responsive management. Appliances were good, bedroom furniture very nice, living room furniture was just fine. We would stay here again.

Screens for bedroom doors would be nice since the balcony is open and unscreened, this was okay in February but could be a problem in seasons with more insects. The pool was a bit of a walk but plenty of parking to drive there.and it was one of the best and warmest heated pools that we have experienced in February Florida visits.. The view from 102 is the best. The beach is combed and made perfect each evening and those guys who move the beach lounge chairs to wherever you chose each day are so nice, we tipped them but they did not seem to be expecting anything for their services.

There was an issue with the shower controllers, seems one of the handles was put in incorrectly. Hopefully this will be fixed for the next guests. I did get a response right away when I messaged the host. Also, the toilet flushed is odd. You have to manually move the handle into a position so that the water doesn't continuously run. Also, the last few days was super windy so the window in the living room made a howling noise. Everything worked out though, it didn't ruin the trip. We would stay there again.

I enjoy staying at The Palm Bay Club, and the beach is spectacular! But these were the worst four nights' sleep of my life. The bed moved and made noises; it was incredibly soft, old, and worn to the point of disrepair. It is dented in the middle, preventing us from sleeping at all that night. The bed or mattress shown in the picture is not the bed in the unit; I highly recommend that the owners replace the entire frame and upgrade the mattress. Additionally, the sink in the restroom floods and fails to drain correctly.
