Diese schöne Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Badezimmer mit Meerblick befindet sich im 10. Stock unseres Tower-Gebäudes. Von dieser Unterkunft aus genießen Sie Aussicht auf den Golf von Mexiko. Hier können Sie abends Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein wunderschönes Kingsize-Bett mit einem 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher. Um der Feuerwache von Sarasota County zu entsprechen, dürfen maximal 4 Personen in dieser Unterkunft schlafen. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Dusche. Sowohl die Küche als auch das Badezimmer wurden mit Granitarbeitsplatten ausgestattet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie zum Kochen benötigen - Töpfe / Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster, 12-Tassen-Kaffeemaschine sowie eine Keurig-Maschine. Great location, great beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was lovely, just as the pictures showed. The location was great. There was an issue with the shower controllers, seems one of the handles was put in incorrectly. Hopefully this will be fixed for the next guests. I did get a response right away when I messaged the host. Also, the toilet flushed is odd. You have to manually move the handle into a position so that the water doesn't continuously run. Also, the last few days was super windy so the window in the living room made a howling noise. Everything worked out though, it didn't ruin the trip. We would stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was perfect except for the bed. The unit has an ideal Sunset view, and it's located ideally for our stay. I enjoy staying at The Palm Bay Club, and the beach is spectacular! But these were the worst four nights' sleep of my life. The bed moved and made noises; it was incredibly soft, old, and worn to the point of disrepair. It is dented in the middle, preventing us from sleeping at all that night. The bed or mattress shown in the picture is not the bed in the unit; I highly recommend that the owners replace the entire frame and upgrade the mattress. Additionally, the sink in the restroom floods and fails to drain correctly.

Loved everything about this place. Seems recently renovated. Everything is just as shown in the photos. It's in a secure, gated setting, very safe. The beach is incredible. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect litlle place right on the beach.

I booked this place for my husbands birthday which was the day before Christmas. We stayed in the tower. We really loved it! However the only compliment I have is the bed could of been better.

The condo was nice and you can’t beat the open balcony the owners should think about putting a ceiling fan on the balcony that would make it even better! The bathroom fan needs to be more powerful. It does not suck up the humidity at all, and it would be nice if there were regular blankets for the guests not just the quilt on the bed other than that, we had a wonderful stay love coming to Palm Bay club. This is our fourth year in a row that we have come and we intend to come back again next year, it was nice to have both elevators working also this time! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful! Balcony is 10/10!

We loved staying here! It was convenient to dining and shopping, beautiful view off the open balcony. Many of the units in the building have window covered balconies so we were excited to find a suite that had the open balcony. Check-in was easy, the area felt very safe and secure, friendly staff and guests were quiet. The kitchen and bathroom were well appointed, and we really appreciated the large closet and drying rack. Our only small gripe was the toilet. It definitely needs fixed or replaced, it took about 15-20 minutes after a flush for it to re-fill the tank which was frustrating. But other than that, we had everything we needed and will definitely seek out this place if we're ever in the area again, thank you!

Beautiful view on Siesta Key

We spent 3 nights in this condo with beautiful views from the 10th floor.Very clean and roomy with an open air balcony. We found the condo a bit dated but nice. Great having beach towels provided and access to free lounge chairs on the beach. Would have been nice if simple amenities such as coffee and paper towels were offered. The location on the beach made it possible to open the sliding doors and hear the sound of the waves. Great for sleeping!
