The Space:

Welcome to this charming 60 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Rue Saint-Honoré in the heart of the 1st arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Bedroom: 1 double bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The apartment has a full bathroom.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, stove, Krup Machine coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Guest Access:

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.



The Neighborhood:

Rue Saint-Honoré is one of the most prestigious and storied streets in Paris, stretching through the 1st arrondissement from the Louvre to the Place Vendôme. The immediate stretch around this apartment has a wonderful mix of the grand and the everyday — couture boutiques and fine jewellers sit alongside neighbourhood brasseries, boulangeries and the covered arcades of the Palais-Royal, just a short walk away.



The Louvre is reachable in under ten minutes on foot, as are the Tuileries Gardens, Place de la Concorde and the Seine riverbanks. The Opéra Garnier and the grands magasins of Boulevard Haussmann are equally close. For day-to-day life, Rue Montorgueil — one of Paris’s liveliest market streets — is a short walk northeast, with its fromageries, fishmongers and wine shops.



For transport, Palais Royal – Musée du Louvre (lines 1 and 7) and Pyramides (lines 7 and 14) are both nearby, connecting quickly to every corner of the city. The neighbourhood is also extremely walkable — the Marais, Saint-Germain-des-Prés and Montmartre are all reachable on foot or by a single metro stop.



Getting Around:

Tuileries (Line 1), Palais Royal – Musée du Louvre (Lines 1 & 7, or bus stop Pyramides – Saint-Honoré (Lines 72, 11 & 24).

Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
