Overall, the property was very close to some of the touring sites, restaurants and Metro stations. It is very safe and good to walk around. The property has good appliances and kitchen supplies for cooking simple meals. We enjoyed our staying! Wrote a couple of quick notes with inquires to the management team, for some reasons never heard back. Luckily we found answers and solved the issues.

Great location to walk to most places and easy to catch uber. Felt like a local and area was quiet. Kitchen was stocked and lots of room for 3 people. Bathroom was small but had plenty of towels. The elevator button was broken for our floor. So we had to carry our luggage up to fourth floor. We were unable to get in touch with host. Luckily we didn’t have any major issues.

The communication was not great when we had questions or issues. The apartment was not how it looked in the pictures. There was a lot of mold by the kitchen sink. There was no washing machine as was indicated. The apartment was dirty & dusty. No hand soap for bathroom or stocks of toilet paper. Had to run out the 1st day to buy supplies. When we brought our issues forward the response was very delayed. The location was amazing but the apartment needs work to bring it up to standards that we have experienced with other VRBO locations
