Enjoy the real Tuscan and Chianti living in a property with 100% private swimmingpool only for you, fully air-conditioned (all rooms feature air-co!), for large families, group of friends or small weddings and events - also suitable for team building activities! Moreover, I produce wines and extra virgin olive oil, so I will be glad to tour you at my vineyards & cellars with wine and olive-oil tasting!

All together at my place I may set at disposal:
- The Villa Colonica with 9 bedrooms/10 bathrooms
- The Fienile Cottage which is divided into the following 2 units:
1) The suite Acero with 2 bedrooms /2 bathrooms
2)  the suite Cipresso with 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms
For a total of 13 bedrooms (each one with its own private bathroom), able to accommodate from 26 guests (thinking of 2 people in each bedroom) to 30 guests (by organizing some bedrooms as triple-bedrooms with 3 beds in each triple).

COLONICA VILLA, made of 9 bedrooms (of which 6 double-bedrooms with 1 Italian king-bed in each,  and 4 rooms that can be used as triple-, twin- or double-bedrooms: AS YOU WISH!), 10 bathrooms (each one with shower, bidet, wc, basin; one is suitable for handicapped people - EACH BEDROOM has got its own private interior bathroom, plus there is an extra bathroom in the hall , next to the diningroom), 2  living-dining-rooms each one with working fireplaces (made of stones) and TVs and each one with a kitchen-corner equipped with all you need to cook; in addition, there is 1 VERY large kitchen fully equipped with a 4 rings stove, fridge, freezer, oven, dish-washer, microwave, moka (Italian Coffe-Maker), toaster, American-Coffee-Maker and kettle. Next to this kitchen, there is a dining-room able to seat up to 21 people at table and next to this large diningroom there is a second diningroom able to seat other 10 people. Private heating. ACERO SUITE  (may sleep 4 or 5 people) is made of 2 double bedrooms (of which one may be changed with 2 twin beds or 3 single-beds on request), 2 bathrooms (each one with shower, bidet, wc, basin), a large livingroom with a working fireplace made of stones, a closet, a kitchen fully equipped with all you need to cook and with stove, fridge, freezer, dish-washer, microwave, moka (Italian Coffe-Maker), toaster, kettle, American-coffee-machine. Smart TV . Private heating. At guests' disposal there are also: private parking places; laundry-service; a large private swimmingpool only for you!!! Chef-at-the-villa to cook for you is available on request - so catering may be provided.

On your request, we may also organize for you horse-riding walks. Our farm is producing its own extra-virgin olive oil and red & white wines that you may taste and purchase directly. We also provide SHIATSU MASSAGES on request. Italian COOKING CLASSES may be organized on request. A touristic guide/cicerone is available upon request to tour Florence or other Tuscan cities/towns. It is also possible to organize "Wine Tastings or Olive-Oil Tastings" with tour at the winery/farm. Bikes to rent. Pick-up service , transference with van, car rental and taxi service available upon request (extra to pay for). HOT AIR BALLOON experience is available. An helicopter ride over Florence and the Chianti countryside is bookable as well. Food shopping in advance is possible, so that you may find the accommodations stored with food/drinks upon your arrival. Horseback riding is available at a nearby facility. BIke rental is available as well.
CONCIERGE SERVICE with 24h/24h availability in case you may need help or advices or anything you may need is included in the rent.
We may provide for free up to 7 cots/cribs and 7 high-chairs for babies 0-3 years old.
