From the moment you step into the welcoming foyer, the home reveals a sense of understated luxury. The spacious living room is beautifully proportioned, offering an inviting yet refined setting for relaxed evenings and unhurried mornings.

The stylish kitchen is both sleek and practical, finished with quality fittings and designed to make everything from light breakfasts to celebratory suppers feel effortless and the dining space provides an intimate setting for gathering, whether for long countryside brunches or cosy evening meals after exploring the village.

We have 3 x bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 single) with the single bedroom also doubling up as an office for remote working. It is important to note that we have low lying beams in the bedroom and landing of the top floor so please be careful as there is restrictive movement.

Perfectly positioned within walking distance of the independent boutiques, tearooms, traditional pubs, and picturesque riverside walks that define Bourton-on-the-Water, Beechwood Cottage offers both convenience and calm. It is an ideal setting for romantic escapes, stylish getaways with friends, or memorable family stays in one of the Cotswolds’ most beloved destinations.

Outside, located on the side, we have a gorgeous patio perfectly set up with a table, chairs and a parasol for morning coffees or something stronger in the evenings!

There is also the added bonus of two parking spaces, ensuring our guests can park safely and securely.

We have on site electric vehicle chargers enabling you to charge your car seamlessly while staying with us. This is with voltshare so all you need to do is download their app and pay to charge when you need to! Please note there’s an additional charge to use the EV chargers.

We have a foldable cot here but please note we don`t provide cot linen so you will need to bring your own if you plan to use the cot.

Please note:
We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.
• Pets allowed but please note are only allowed on the ground floor, kitchen and living room spaces and not in bedrooms. Pets are also not allowed on furniture.
• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking allowed.
• No unregistered guests allowed.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times.
• Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of £75.
• Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• Please do your dishes.
• Please take the rubbish out before you leave.
