The Potting Shed is truly a home-away-from-home, a warm, stylish retreat designed for
relaxing, gathering, and making memories together. Unwind beside the cosy woodburning stove after a day of exploring, or step outside to enjoy the private garden and patio, perfect for slow morning coffees and relaxed evening drinks.

We have a fantastic fully equipped kitchen made for entertaining. Whether you’re cooking a celebratory meal or sharing wine while dinner simmers, there’s plenty of room to come together and enjoy the moment.

The home also offers three comfortable bedrooms, featuring 2 x luxurious super king beds and a twin room with two singles, making the space ideal for families or groups of friends. For relaxing indoors, we have a great Smart TV for movie nights and Marshall bluetooth speakers so you can enjoy all your home comforts and entertainment during your stay.

Outside, we have a good sized private garden with grass lawn and large patio. Complete with table, chairs and parasol to enjoy as you wish. The bifold doors open up directly into the kitchen making outdoor dining a breeze.

Whether you’re here to unwind, celebrate, or work remotely in comfort, this thoughtfully
designed home has everything you need for a memorable stay.

There is the added bonus of two parking spaces here, ensuring our guests can park safely and securely.

We have on site electric vehicle chargers enabling you to charge your car seamlessly while staying with us. This is with voltshare so all you need to do is download their app and pay to charge when you need to! Please note there’s an additional charge to use the EV chargers.

We have a foldable cot here but please note we don`t provide cot linen so you will need to bring your own if you plan to use the cot.

Please note:
We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.
• Pets allowed but please note are only allowed on the ground floor, kitchen and living room spaces and not in bedrooms. Pets are also not allowed on furniture.
• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking allowed.
• No unregistered guests allowed.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times.
• Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of £75.
• Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• Please take the rubbish out before you leave.
