Home Lucy is a simple and cozy vacation home with all the essentials to spend relaxing vacations a few minutes from the sea and the beaches of San Pietro in Bevagna.
The vacation home is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, microwave and electric oven. Home Lucy offers up to 5 beds. Pets allowed.

Home Lucy is a newly renovated, cozy solution as a vacation home in residential area with veranda entrance.
The interior consists of living room with open kitchenette, table and chairs, sofa and TV.
A corridor leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 2 bedrooms, including 1 triple room with double bed + single, and 1 twin room with single beds.
Both rooms overlook the inner courtyard. The house is completed by 1 shower room.
Airconditioning is present in the hallway and cools the whole sleeping area.

Home Lucy is located in San Pietro in Bevagna, marina of Manduria, located along the Ionian coast of Salento. The house is in a residential area, about 800 meters from the beaches.
San Pietro in Bevagna is a popular destination for its soft sandy beaches and crystal blue sea. The resort offers equipped establishments and large stretches of free beach, typical restaurants where you can taste the best of Apulian cuisine and unique sunsets every day.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
