Casa Mare Blu is a comfortable vacation home within walking distance of the renowned beaches of San Pietro in Bevagna, along the Ionian coast of Taranto falling in the territory of Manduria.

The vacation home with equipped outdoor spaces is complete with modern accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, TV, mosquito nets, iron, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine (no pods), etc.

Casa Mare Blu is a vacation home located in a residential, quiet area. The entrance is a small veranda equipped with table, chairs and shade curtains.

From here you enter the house. A hallway leads to the different rooms. The living area is furnished with an open kitchen, 1 double sofa bed, dining room and TV.

The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, both with air conditioning and TV, one without a window. At the back there is another equipped outdoor space where you can spend time outdoors.

Completing the house are 2 shower rooms, one in the living room, the other accessible from the inner courtyard.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20n to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- One of the two bathrooms is outside.
 - Fireplace not usable.
