Welcome!
This charming two-story private villa, designed to provide comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect retreat to relax and explore the island of Madeira.
Ideal for families, the property features a spacious living room on the ground floor, equipped with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, TV, and a dining table. The living room has direct access to the outdoor area through glass doors that let natural light illuminate the entire space.
Just steps away, the elegant and modern kitchen is fully equipped to prepare all your daily meals. In addition to basic crockery and utensils, it includes a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. Right next to the kitchen is the game room, where the whole family can gather while meals are being prepared.
There is also a full bathroom on the ground floor.
Upstairs, you will find three harmoniously decorated bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a shower). All bedrooms have direct access to the balcony and are equipped with wardrobes for your belongings.
All beds come with quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The bathrooms feature all necessary amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The space is always professionally cleaned.
The property also benefits from private outdoor parking.

Located on the sun-drenched slopes of Gaula, this accommodation offers the perfect balance between the tranquility of an authentic residential area and the convenience of quick access. The neighborhood has a relaxing atmosphere, where the blue of the Atlantic Ocean serves as a constant backdrop. It is the ideal haven for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city centers, wake up to the sound of birds, and enjoy one of the island's best microclimates.
The location is extremely strategic for those renting a car. Thanks to the proximity to the Via Rápida (VR1), the cosmopolitan city of Funchal and its historic area (Old Town, Farmers' Market) are just a 15-20 minute drive away.
Beyond the capital, you are very close to other must-see attractions. Just a few minutes away, you will find the center of Santa Cruz with its picturesque promenade. If you are looking for golden sand, the historic city of Machico is right next door.
For nature lovers, this location is a privilege! The iconic Ponta de São Lourenço (the eastern tip of the island with dramatic volcanic landscapes) is easily accessible. The area is also rich in access to trails and levadas for those who love hiking.

Madeira Airport is a 12-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
