Perched on a hill with breathtaking sea views, Villa Aliki is the ideal holiday destination for families and groups. Nestled in nature, it offers pure relaxation while remaining conveniently close to local amenities and just 750 meters from a secluded beach.
The three-storey, 170 m2 villa is furnished in a minimalist style and can accommodate up to 8 people in beds, or up to 9 if needed.


Layout
Ground Floor
The independent ground-floor apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and a bedroom with a queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). A second bedroom with a bunk bed is also on the same level.

First Floor
On the first floor there is an open plan area consisting of living room and kitchen. The living area features a comfortable sofa, open fireplace, 50 HDTV, and dining table. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances for a self-catered holiday and has direct access to the outdoor dining area with gas barbecue facilities and the pool. The first floor also features a bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined upon request) and direct outdoor access, along with an additional bathroom complete with a shower, double sinks, and a washing machine.


Second Floor
A staircase leads to the second floor, where the master bedroom is located. The room features a Queen-size bed (1,60X2,00) and has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin, as well as exit to the large veranda with a pergola.


Outdoor area
The spacious and beautifully landscaped outdoor of the Villa offers beautiful views of the sea and a variety of facilities which include:?
- A private, 50 sq. m swimming pool with 1.5-2 m depth.
- Fully equipped gas barbecue under a pergola
- Spacious veranda on the second floor with an outdoor sitting area and amazing sea views
- Shaded outdoor dining table by the pool?- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas, chairs and hammock) for relaxing in the balconies, the veranda and the gardens around the villa?- Parking space for 3-4 cars inside the Villa premises
- A seesaw, slide and table will entertain the younger guests, while the basketball hoop will keep the older busy with a friendly game


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check in.
