Perched on a gentle hillside with completely unobstructed views across the glittering Aegean, this contemporary 4-bedroom 4-bathroom villa blends timeless Greek architecture with sleek modern comfort. Clean lines, warm natural tones and abundant natural light define the interiors. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors open the entire living area to the sea creating an effortless indoor-outdoor flow. The lush gardens offer complete privacy while being only a short drive to the center of Chania.

The space

Ground Floor
The main feature of Chic Dream Villa is the abundant light that enters through the large openings that floods each space individually, filling its occupants with joy and optimism, embracing the summer feeling and ambience. Entering the Villa on the ground floor, the comfortable corner sofa, placed in the front of an impressive window wall, provides incredibly beautiful views of the gardens, pool, sea and really beautiful sunsets and seamless access to the pool terrace. The lounging area offers a 55’’ flat screen LED satellite TV, Bluetooth speaker and board games complete the living room equipment in terms of facilities and amenities.

The open kitchen is equipped with the latest technology, allowing you to prepare your homemade meals at ease, offering Miele electrical appliances, American-style fridge, an island breakfast counter and a wine cooler. An adjacent dining table for 8 allows you to enjoy a gathering with your loved ones and offers direct outdoor access.

Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor with the master bedroom offering a comfortable 1.80x2.00 bed, views to the garden and its own en-suite bathroom with shower cabin.

The second bedroom features a 1.80x2.00 bed that can be converted into two single beds measuring 0.90x2.00 upon request and view to the garden. All bedrooms offer individually controlled air conditioning, a safe, 32’’ flat screen TV, wardrobe, suitcase stand and vanity making the stay of our guests even more comfortable and independent. All sleeping products come from the award-winning company COCO-MAT, thus offering a healthy and quality sleep to those who will trust us for their vacation.

An additional family bathroom with a shower can be found on the ground floor. All four bathrooms are equipped with ZEALOTS personal care amenities, vanity kit, shaving kit and all necessary accessories such as hair-dryers, towels, slippers and bathrobes by COCO-MAT.

First Floor
Ascending the stairs to the first floor, guests can find the two remaining equally wonderful and bright bedrooms. Again, the master bedroom offers a 1.80x2.00 bed, views to the sea and its own en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower.

The last bedroom offers a 1.80x2.00 bed that can be converted into two single beds measuring 0.90x2.00 upon request, overlooks the living room through a glass panel and enjoys beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding area. An additional family bathroom with a walk in shower can also be found on this level.

Outdoor area
The outdoor area of Chic Dream Villa is set on a 2.000m2 plot filled with 50 year old olive trees, aromatic herb garden and offers the visitor the chance to take in the stunning views of the blue waters of Agios Onoufrios and the surrounding area. The exterior facilities include:

- A private, 118 sq.m. swimming pool, 0,30-1,50 m deep with step access, enjoying vistas of the sea and olive grove beneath. The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge for the entire stay and it requires at least one week's advance notice.
- As far as relaxation is concerned, we have gone the extra mile…The tile-paved pool terrace is equipped with super comfy sun beds, bean bag chairs and side tables, so you can sunbathe in comfort. Additionally, a shaded, romantic gazebo bed, is a great place to take a nap while under the stars. An in-ground seating area next to the pool provides a modern space to gather and enjoy the views and two cosy armchairs with footstools are also available.
- By the pool there is an impressive fully equipped outdoor kitchen featuring a built-in gas BBQ grill, wood burning pizza over, mini fridge, side burner and outdoor sink, under the shade of a pergola. A large wooden dining area with benches is also located there, giving you ample opportunity to experience al fresco dining.
- Kids can freely run around and play at the lawn or gravel covered areas and the garden, having a perfect game of hide and seek.
- A ping pong table is available
- The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security and privacy to our guests.
- Parking space for 2 cars is available outside the Villa.
