Neu renovierte Wohnung, gegenüber dem öffentlichen Zugang zum Strand hat einen schönen Blick auf den Pool und einen begrenzten Blick auf das Meer. Lauschen Sie den Klängen des Ozeans, während Sie auf dem Balkon entspannen.
Zu den jüngsten Renovierungsarbeiten gehören neue Farben und Teppiche, flache Decken mit neuen Armaturen und Ventilatoren.
Die Wohnung befindet sich ganz in der Nähe der Anlegestelle, Freeman Park, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und innerhalb von zwei Meilen von der Tafel entfernt.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass sich die Wohnung in der 3. Etage befindet und im Gebäude kein Aufzug vorhanden ist. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett, Queen-Size-Schlafsofa, Barhocker Esszimmer, TV, Kabel, Internet, DVD-Player und Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Küche verfügt über Backofen und Herd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Geschirrspüler, Töpfe, Geschirr und Besteck. Wir stellen nur einen Parkausweis zur Verfügung.

The property was exactly as described. The beach access was a little further than expected since they closed access right across the street, but it was a short walk. We didn’t try the fold out bed, but the main bed could use an update. Overall, the condo was super clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our short trip!

Nice place for a short stay

Great alternative to an expensive hotel. Parking was surprisingly readily available. Pool was nice, just bring your own chairs with you if you want to sit, as the pool loungers are chained up due to covid. In unit washer and dryer a plus. Overall great for a short stay, just be aware of the number of stairs, there are 49 of them

Short lil getaway

Nice accommodations. Plenty of cookware w nice appliances. Ac felt amazing. Very comfy bed , couch not so much. Wish there had been mention of how many steps there were to climb as I’m disabled but otherwise enjoyed our stay.

Property was quiet and good location. Just a short walk to the beach. Weather was disagreeable but I was content sitting on balcony drinking coffee. I stayed 8 days and was only given two bath towels and one dish towel. There were no bath cloths or dish cloths. Otherwise, stay was very nice.

Beach Getaway

We had a great time! Due to some last minute changes we had to quickly find a new place for just the two of us. This condo worked out perfectly. Very clean and easy check in/out. The pool was also very clean, a little cool this time of year but still enjoyable. I’ve stayed at quite a few CB properties over the last 10 years, this one made the list of favorites. We really enjoyed being able to walk over to the pier, swim in the pool, and walk to the beach. We even walked to the boardwalk twice. It was truly a trip to remember as we got engaged at the CB state park! Just a short drive away. The hosts were great with very detailed check in and check out information. As someone who likes to know all the details upfront this was very helpful. Left us with no questions. We hope to return in the future.

Overall I was very satisfied, condo was clean and comfortable. The communication between me and the owner needs improvement, I had an issue trying to enter when I first arrived and attempted to call and they didn't respond until two days later. Also I was not left with instructions on access to the pool. They left me a key but didn't say what it was for.

A Hidden Gem in Plain Sight

The property is well-maintained and fits the description provided. My stay was not during tourist season, and it gave me all the peace I was seeking. It has both a vibrant and cozy feel. I would compare it to what you may find with most extended stay brands, except most of them can't offer the luxury of having private beach access only a few paces away. It's truly like stepping through an enchanting portal. The chances for beauty and moments of reflection were abundant. From what I could see, those more active than me were getting fantastic surfing moments on some days. When I remained inside the unit, the 3rd-floor elevation allowed for inviting glimpses of the ocean just past the courtyard, which houses a pristine pool. In the quiet, the waves could still be heard from inside, which was truly relaxing. The owners had all basic amenities available. I really didn't have a want for anything other than my own grocery needs. Even that came easy with local grocery, restaurants, and delivery options nearby. Though I couldn't make it there, it was clear some people were also enjoying the Carolina Beach Pier High Tide Lounge/Tiki Bar area. It was less than a five-minute stroll away. The owners of the unit were friendly and informative. I barely needed anything because all the information was provided, but the few times I reached out I received swift replies. Overall, I highly recommend this location, and if the need to get away arises again, I will look here first. It is truly a hidden gem, tucked away yet in plain sight to get the best of what Carolina Beach has to offer.

Fall Get Away

We were looking for a reasonably priced place to stay for a spur of the moment getaway. The condo is very clean and very responsibly priced, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The stairs are a bit tough on anyone with any knee issues---but doable if you go slow. The location is nice and convenient. Do NOT forget the pool key or 1) you will have to make the trek up 50+ stair steps to retrieve it or 2) you will have a sandy mess to take to the condo. Due to erosion the beach is "gone" by high tide in the afternoon. The beach three blocks above this location do not seem to have this issue at all.

Great weekend getaway

The condo is nice. It's a convenient location, although it is a hike upstairs. Don't forget something when you go to the pool. The beach access directly across the street is closed, but that is the case for most places on that end of the island. The access we went to was not a far walk. The host responded quickly when we contacted us. We asked for a second parking pass and it wasn't a problem..

Great location

The property is in a perfect location. The unit itself could definitely use some more updating. The cabinet doors were loose and almost fell off. And there were very little complimentary items like sugar, creamer, no extra garbage bags, no wash cloths, and only 2 laundry pods. Not enough items for a 4 day stay. We had to purchase all of these items unexpectedly. We thought they would be included in the price of our stay. Otherwise, I would recommend the property. Just bring your own household items you may need.

Great location and accomodations

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean, checking in / checking out instructions clear and straightforward, and the location really is the best at the very north end of the island. The only thing I would recommend is that if there's someone in your party with a bad back, I would recommend giving them the bed or bringing a thick blanket to use as an extra layer on the pull out couch. Would definitely rent again in the future!

Cute property. Owners were very responsive until I pointed out some uncleanliness issues we were experience. I haven't heard back yet. In addition to the cleaning fee, be prepared for a long list of tasks required before leaving. Overall, good location to beach and Tiki Pier where we really enjoyed ourselves.

Welcome, Beinviendo! Andres grew up in Bogota, Colombia and has been in the USA since 2000. Emily grew up in Rochester, New York. We met in 2016 and that is when our story together started. We live in Lewisville NC and our love for traveling introduced us to Carolina Beach. After our second visit to Carolina Beach, we knew that this was a special place.

After our second visit to Carolina Beach, we knew that this was the place for our second home. The beach is so peaceful in the off season and has tons of attrations during the summer. We love the closeness to the beach that our condo provides and we have made some good friends on the island.

As it is with any house, we are always trying to improve the condo. My favorite spot is the balcony. Whether it's at breakfast or late at night, sitting and listening to the ocean is so peaceful.
The North End of CB is quiet. This is the perfect place to relax either on the beach or at the pool.
