2BR/2BA condo with awesome ocean view, and less than a 2 block walk to the beach. Sit on the deck or at the kitchen table to watch the sun rise and set over the ocean. Walk downstairs to the pool behind the building or keep going 4 more houses down with our provided wagon of chairs and toys to the beach. Condo is second floor above ground floor parking.
1 queen bed, 1 twin over full bunk bed, 1 queen air mattress and spacious wide couch and love seat. Updated full kitchen and 2 full updated bathrooms. Assigned community parking. 4 blocks to North End Pier. 1.5 miles from Carolina Beach Boardwalk.

Nice place with good proximity to the beach

This was a good location next to the beach and within walking distance of most attractions. We really enjoyed the condo.We arrived, the washing machine was not working and was a little bit of an inconvenience as we were counting on using it.

Good location

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Good location, convenient to boardwalk and restaurants. Giving 4 stars due to floors being sandy upon arrival and hall bathroom water never got warm. Overall, very happy with this place. Would stay again.

Quiet Weekend Get Away

We love coming to the Wilmington area in the off season and enjoying the area without the crowds. The condo was perfectly located near the beach and all of the restaurant/ shops that Carolina Beach has to offer. The condo was clean upon arrival and quiet throughout our whole stay. We would absolutely come back again!

Great condo

The condo is well equipped and great for a family of 4-5. It has a cute balcony the check in/out process was easy. I did bring my own beach towels/beach chairs as theirs are a little old. It’s great that there is parking for two cars. Overall a great experience and would recommend.

Great property close to the beach

We had a great time staying at this property. Check in and out was easy. The property was clean and had sheets and towels ready. It was nice to have a full size fridge in the unit. The walk to the beach was easy and took about 5 minutes from room to sand. The beach itself was beautiful! Even though it was cold, our kids jumped in the pool and had a good time. We would absolutely stay here again!

Overall our stay was nice. The unit is a bit outdated ( the metal dining room table, the Rubbermaid storage chest of drawers). There was no TV in the primary bedroom and the internet could barely keep up with the streaming services. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

Condo is in a great location, short walk to beach. We had 2 teens with us and they had their own privacy in the condo, which was nice. Condo is just as it states it is. We were comfortable with the four of us. The owner was very quick to reply when I had questions. 😁

Excellent place

This condo was the place for a perfect long weekend for our family. Walk to the beach was easy and short, and the beach was awesome! The condo was a good size for us, with 2 adults and 2 teens (and 2 dogs). It rained and was cold all day on Saturday, but we didn't feel too cramped all together in the condo. Angela, the host, was on time and helpful with all the instructions. We would definitely book this place again. Do remember, though, if you bring dogs, that you have to walk down and up two levels to take them out. Thanks for a great stay!

Peaceful view

Peaceful view is a misleading name for this property. View is of the parking lot. Photo of the site must be many years old before all he ocean view was obscured by new construction. Yes there was a large air mattress for a larger party but 5he space is so small the only way to use it would involve furniture moving. There’s no grill and no place to enjoy outdoor eating and relaxing. Altogether a so-so place

3rd annual beach getaway

I was disappointed that we could barely see the ocean from the very small balcony. the balcony was too small for 3 people to sit which is what we like to do in the evenings when it gets too dark to be on the beach. The master bedroom had no tv. But, all in all, it was a nice place to stay and I would stay there again if I was ok with not having an ocean/beach view. I am all about the beach view. But if it werent for that. this would be a great place.

I was disappointed in the view. I feel it was false advertising. No ocean view, only a sliver. The pool had no shade from the hot sun. The pool also had no trash can for your trash. The condo was nice but had no toaster, the ice maker did not work. The storm door would not stay closed. The walk to the beach was very easy and close. Overall it was so so!!

Fun for the Fourth of July!

This place worked great for us this entire week. It was wonderful to take the dog out for walks in the beach (bf 9 and af 5 - which was just as well bc it was so HOT during the first two days!!) - and the kids just loved the beach. The beds and sofas were comfortable, the Wi-Fi and tv worked great, the location was super convenient (Publix is just 5 mins away) and the neighbors were all quiet and nice families too. The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness instead of 5 was bc the air filter was filthy with hair and dust when we got there - and we had to clean the vent and replace the filter ourselves so my husband could breathe properly. (For future reference, I think this is definitely something the property management or cleaning company should be aware of.) Other than that this place was great. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!!!

Nice place

This was a really nice, comfortable place for our whole family, including our dog. The owner had a cart with beach chairs available. The umbrellas in it were broken, unfortunately, but we packed our own to use so we had back up. It was nice that the linens were provided, and in ample amounts. Same with paper towels, toilet tissues and basic kitchenware. There were some cards and magnet checkers to play and a basket of balls for pups as well as a dog bowls for food and water. It was nice to have all those extras. The balcony, while a block away from the beach, still allowed a view of the ocean. The property is a ways away from the boardwalk (a little over 1 mile). It would be helpful to bring bikes to ride there if you have kids like us (ages 6). The water faucets in the parking area allowed us to get all the sand off when returning from the beach. At the time of our stay, the top bunk rail was not in place. We saw it tucked underneath the bottom bunk bed - guessing someone broke it? Overall, and importantly, it was a clean condo! It is on the second floor so be prepared to go up 2 flights of stairs since the first floor is elevated (being the beach). Not a big deal for us. I appreciate all the nice extras the owner provided. She was very easy to work with and really seems to take pride in making visits enjoyable for guests. We would stay here again.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Die Beschreibung ist nicht korrekt. Der peacefull view geht direkt auf die benachbarten HĂ€user, insbesondere auf die MĂŒlltonnen. Es war ziemlich schmutzig( Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Herd). Überall Hundehaare. Die Sofas durchgesessen und teilweise kaputt. Die StrandstĂŒhle verrostet. Kein einziges Strandhandtuch. Der Vorhang im Wohnzimmer voller Flecken. Das Appartement ist weit unter Standard.
