Villa Andrea del Mar is a modern, semi-detached property located in the picturesque resort of Puerto Calero. Beautifully decorated and featuring all modern conveniences, you can enjoy sea views from the first floor terrace or simply relax in style. Just a 10 minute stroll downhill is the chic setting of Puerto Calero Marina with its many shops and restaurants overlooking the yachts. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/ heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Andrea del Mar is a short amble from the marina of Puerto Calero. Here you can shop and dine to your heart’s content at the upmarket waterfront outlets with views of the yachts. For a livelier setting, plenty more eateries and the nearest sandy beaches, head to the neighbouring resort of Puerto del Carmen. It’s a 10 minute drive away or why not hop on the taxi boat that takes you to the Old Town Harbour? If you’d like to explore further, you could also experience one of the island’s highlights such as Timanfaya National Park, the Cactus Gardens or the breathtaking Papagayo Beach.

Pool heating is not available during July and August.

In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa air conditioning units have been fitted with Eco Sensors. Once each unit is turned on, the supply of AC/Heating is motion activated.
