Set on the 3rd floor of a charming London building, the apartment is accessed by stairs, offering an authentic residential experience. Please note that this may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
The living room is a haven of comfort with its plush sofa and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The large windows invite ample natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The adjoining kitchen is compact yet fully equipped, with modern appliances and ample cabinetry to inspire your culinary creations.
Retreat to the serene bedroom, where a large window and a tufted headboard double bed promise restful nights. The modern bathroom offers a walk-in shower and a heated towel rack for your convenience. An additional room doubles as an office or reading nook, complete with a leather sofa and built-in shelving, ideal for catching up on work or enjoying a good book.
Guests will have access to the entire home!
We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
Located in the charming area of Maida Vale, this neighbourhood is known for its picturesque canals and leafy streets. Enjoy nearby cafes, shops, and the famous Little Venice, offering scenic walks and cozy eateries. The area blends a village-like ambience with the vibrancy of city life.
Warwick Avenue Underground Station is just a short walk away, providing easy access to the Bakerloo line for swift connections across London. Regular bus services and nearby Paddington Station enhance your travel options.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
