Check-in & Optional Services

To help protect our properties and community while ensuring a seamless guest experience, we use a secure Guest Portal powered by BoomNow and Truvi (a leading guest-screening provider).

Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a pre-check-in link where you can securely confirm your arrival details. Depending on your booking, you may be asked to verify your ID as part of our guest screening and protection process.

Your Guest Portal will also include:

Check-in instructions with photos
Your access code, which becomes available at your confirmed check-in time (usually 3 PM)

We also offer several optional extras to enhance your stay. These services are not included in the standard booking and can be arranged upon request:

Early check-in or late check-out – £15 per additional hour (before 3 PM or after 10 AM, subject to availability)
Additional bedding sets – £30 per set, delivered by our laundry on your chosen day
Mid-stay refresh clean – £66 (light clean, no linen change)

- Only the guests listed in your reservation may stay overnight. Contact us if you’d like to invite visitors.
- Guests under 18 must be supervised at all times.
- Please treat the space with care. Do not move or remove furniture and items—you may be charged for damages or excessive cleaning.
- Lock all doors and windows when leaving.

2. Respect for Neighbours
- Keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (no loud music, shouting, or gatherings).
- Please do not engage with neighbours—contact us via chat or call in urgent situations.
- Drones and other unmanned vehicles are not allowed without permission.

3. Fire Safety
- No smoking indoors (including vapes) or in the courtyard.
- No open flames—this includes candles, fireworks, or lanterns.
- Do not cover electric radiators—use the provided airer for drying clothes.
- Keep communal areas clear—these are emergency exits.
- EV charging (including e-bikes/scooters) from domestic sockets is not allowed.

4. Cleanliness
- Remove outdoor shoes inside the apartment.
- Follow the online manual for rubbish disposal.

5. Pets
- Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance.
- Approved pets require an extra cleaning fee.
- Pets must never be left unattended.
- If travelling with pets, contact us for guidance on suitable spaces.

1. The address is 24A Westbourne Terrace Road, W2 6NF. Use the postcode to navigate to avoid confusion with Westbourne Terrace, which is a 10-minute walk away.
2. The studio is located on the lower ground floor of the building and is accessible via an external staircase. Please pay attention, as the steps can become slippery in the rain.
3. The key box is on the wall to the right of the front door (code available at your confirmed check-in time in this app's 'Door codes' section).

Perfect location. Super comfortable

This property is in such a great location - a short walk from Paddington or Royal Oak stations & with the canal ride to Camden from the end of the street. It had everything I needed for eating in, or a great local pub for eating out, and the most comfy bed.

Wonderful Cozy Apartment in Quiet Neighborhood

We had a great stay here. It was nice and quiet, a close walk along the canal to pubs and restaurants, and a short walk to three different tube stations (Paddington, Royal Oak, and Warwick). It is small, but perfect for a couple looking to explore London.

Unique and cosy flat

Sweet space to have as a home base in London. Very comfortable and cosy. There are narrow winding steps down to the somewhat hidden location, which makes it challenging to carry luggage up and down. Great neighborhood and easy walk to Paddington, Baker Street, and Notting Hill.

Great London location

Perfect flat for two people in a great location! Easy access from Paddington station, everything we needed! We had a little mishap leaving something behind after locking up- could have been stressful, but within minutes we were able to resolve the problem!

Not For Everyone

Have stayed in rentals for the last 5 weeks and only given 5 star reviews, but felt pretty cheated by this stay. I hurt myself quite badly on a hidden stone ledge that was not marked or mentioned in the listing. Look out for this. Management had also left only three coffee pods for two people for three days, and the toilet paper was soaked through with a mystery dirty substance and we couldn’t use it. There wasn’t another one. A very nice man named Eric addressed all of these concerns immediately. Thanks go out to him. The smallness of the space was expected and no problem, but it’s a bit shabbier than the images, and the longer we were there, the more we realized that it simply doesn’t contain basic things that adults need, and that come standard in other rentals. Brought home a very nice bottle of wine to find wine glasses but no corkscrew? Also no dish drain or anywhere to put cleaned dishes. Reached out to management about these missing items and nobody ever responded to us. There are some other small things, like the TV screen is damaged, and this warps the screen somewhat when watching. Just not what you expect for the price, really. Renters should also know that this is a corporation with dozens of properties in London, and that was clear in the experience. The closeness to the canal is really great, washer and dryer are fab, bed is comfy, and I think if you are only sleeping there, it would be great—but it’s quite expensive for that IMO.

Thank you for your thorough review and constructive feedback, especially regarding the step between the living space and the kitchen - we addressed that by marking it with tape now. We do maintenance every few months in properties we manage, as with guests coming and going, some things may get damaged or go missing without housekeepers realising. Therefore, a comment like yours is very useful—we've replaced missing kitchen stuff and broken TVs, too. We're sorry we missed your second message. Please, if this happens in the future anywhere, make sure to follow up with a call—this will definitely not be missed, unlike an email or message that can sometimes be lost on a busy day. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez trouvé le logement bien équipé pour passer des nuits calmes, bien desservi par les transports, et que vous ayez apprécié les balades le long du canal. Merci aussi pour vos remarques : nous sommes désolés que le déshumidificateur ait été un peu bruyant — nous allons le vérifier (et le remplacer si nécessaire). Concernant le départ à 10h00, nous comprenons tout à fait que cela puisse paraître tôt ; c’est lié à l’organisation du ménage entre deux séjours, mais nous regardons toujours la possibilité d’un départ plus tardif quand le planning le permet. Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau !
