Dieses Apartment im 2. Stock ist hell und komfortabel und befindet sich in idealer Lage neben der U-Bahn-Station Ladbroke. Zudem haben Sie Zugang zu mehreren Buslinien. Viele lokale Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe verfügbar und der trendige Portobello Markt und der wunderschöne Kanal sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um das Zentrum von London und Notting Hill zu entdecken!

Dies ist eine schöne Pied A Terre in Notting Hill in der Nähe von Ladbroke Station. Es verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Badezimmer und ein geräumiges Hauptschlafzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer befindet sich auf der Rückseite des Apartments und ist somit sehr ruhig und privat. Bitte beachten Sie, dass saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher für Ihren Aufenthalt zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Sie werden Zugang zu allen Annehmlichkeiten haben, die in der Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt werden, und die Wohnung für sich alleine während Ihres Aufenthaltes haben.

Alle Gäste werden mit sauberen Laken, Badetüchern, Handtüchern sowie grundlegenden Toilettenartikeln versorgt.

The property is charming. It was well equipped and comfortable. We had a little issue with the hot water at the end of the trip that I am sure will be corrected but it was a cute place. It is deceptive from the outside - I was slightly worried when we first arrived but it ended up being great.

The flat was clean and very well provided with linens and cooking utensils. The coffee machine made excellent brew.The appliances were first rate. Sole was the perfect host: readily accessible and always helpful and friendly. The location was excellent; just minutes away from the underground(the circle line took me almost everywhere I wanted to go in Central London), grocery stores, coffee shops, a chemist, and a pub at the end of the street! Just a few steps from the Portobello Road market, which was a joy to visit.

Fantastic place to stay if visiting London. Right next to a tube stop which made it easy to hop around anywhere in the city. Nice neighborhood close to Portobello Road and lots of good restaurants. Some convenience markets extremely close by for necessities. Keep in mind it is the top of the building, which means four flights of stairs to be climbed including the flat's entrance.

Perfect place to stay for a week in London. Fully outfitted kitchen for when you would rather eat in, lovely big windows that let it lots of natural light, and a very comfortable bed. The tube stop is really just steps away - you can be on the platform in less than 5 minutes. The bus stop is just as close! The stairs are fairly narrow and do seem more challenging after a long day of sightseeing, but the fact that you're on the top floor is worth it! Sole was a great host - very responsive and right on time for check in. Great stay!

It was perfect other than being up four flights of stairs with no lift. But if you are prepared luggage-wise, it is very comfortable and we'll equipped, classy, and we'll located in a nice area with tons of restaurants and groceries, and right next door to a tube station and bus stop that will whisk you around the city in minutes. The host was extremely nice and helpful. Except for hauling our luggage up so many stairs I would easily give it five stars.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Ideal location.Stunning inside. Everything we needed. This is real London. You’re near to bars and restaurants and literally steps from the tube.As long as you’re ok with the stairs to get to the top floor you won’t be disappointed…it’s the only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars.

Perfect for Us

Comfortable, quiet and convenient! Not the best if you forgot something and had to run back up the 50 steps of stairs, but other than that, this is a wonderful place to stay for London work or holidays. And Sole was kind and responsive, even when I was being obtuse!

Modern amenities in a nice location. Modern kitchen appliances and fully stocked. Could have used some more basic necessities such as a bar of hand soap. Advertised as second floor flat, but be aware you have to go up 3 full flights to get to it.

Hip and cool stay

My 18 y/o daughter and I enjoyed 4 nights in this awesomely located flat. Steps away from Ladbroke Grove underground station the flat offers easy transport to all corners of London. The apartment is well appointed if you want to make your own meals but also is steps away from Portobello road with dozens of fantastic eat out options. The apartment was clean, bright. Bed super comfy. Highly highly recommend. Plus Sola was a fantastic host!!!

Location listed inaccurate

The location identified upon booking the property was different than the actual location. The actual location is on a loud, commercial street near an underpass. Be ware that the property is on the top floor and is extremely hot as well.

The location has been the same since the flat is on line - never had a single complaint! The address is given in all transparency when the booking is confirmed. I'm afraid Samantha was upset as she did book a flat without A/C ( this amenity is not listed!) and she found an excuse to leave. VRBO is on it as it wasn't clearly our fault. The stairs are mentioned in the listing and comments/reviews. Bedroom faces a private backyard, very quiet - but remember always you are in central London, not a suburb or countryside! Please check the amenities and reviews carefully before booking, or ask if in doubt. Many thanks!

Had a wonderful stay in Notting Hill on our London vacation

This apartment was the perfect place to stay for our visit. It was right next to a Metro stop which made it very fast and convenient to get anywhere in London. Notting Hill is a beautiful neighborhood with lots of shops, restaurants, and little cafes.The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had a nice working kitchen. You if have a hard time with stairs, this is not the place for you. There were 4 flights of narrow stairs to transverse with luggage and at the end of a tiring day of walking. It took us awhile to figure out how the shower worked, and there wasn't an outlet in the bathroom which made it hard to dry and curl our hair. We were happy that they had a fan and a washer/dryer available for us to use.

lovely flat, convenient location, would stay again!

Apartment was bright, clean, and as described; patio was even a little larger than expected! The host was very accommodating of our early check in request - allowing us to check in several hours before a typical hotel check in time (saved us several hours of walking around with our luggage). Location is very convenient for accessing transportation (subway/bus) and walking distance to Portobello Market. Although the apt is located on a fairly busy street, the bedroom is at the back of the apartment and street noise wasn't noticeable with the bedroom doors closed. (There's a fan in the apt that can be used for cooling and "white noise".) There's a great coffee shop within a block, but the apt also has a Nespresso coffee maker (coffee "pods" and tea were provided). We would definitely recommend!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser schönen Wohnung!Super zentral, direkt neben der Ubahn Station. Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen nach einem trubeligen Tag in London und guter Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden. 5 Minuten zum portobello road market. Auch check in/check out liefen sehr unkompliziert. Gerade für junge Leute, die sich nicht am Lärmpegel der Straße stören, zu empfehlen.

I'm a Londoner at heart and have a love for travel and a high expectancy when it comes to quality accommodation. I've always felt that as a host one should always offer the best! I currently manage a number of properties that have been trusted to me from friends and family. I personally make sure that the apartments are always properly taken care off and are professionally cleaned prior to the guest’s arrival. Linen, toiletries, towels and a few welcome essentials are there on arrival to ensure guests are made to feel at home.

I also make sure guests are met upon arrival and are shown around the apartment and given all relevant local tips on places to shop, go out, transport links, etc. so as to make sure guests get to experience the space and area as a real local would. Please note that I am also always available and contactable during the guest's stay if any help is needed. I'm always around to help!
