Indoor facilities
Himmel Villa II is a beautifully designed two-story villa featuring two bedrooms, both located on the upper floor, each with a queen-size bed, A/C, and direct access to a private balcony overlooking the sea. A communal bathroom with a shower is also located on this level.


On the ground floor, guests are welcomed into a bright, open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa, Smart Satellite TV, and seamless access to the pool terrace. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes all essential appliances, while the dining area completes the interior layout. A communal bathroom with a shower is also available on this floor for added convenience.


The villas modern architecture, minimal decor, and floor-to-ceiling openings create an airy ambience filled with natural light and breathtaking sea views.


Outdoor facilities
Step outside to experience an inviting outdoor area where the azure pool meets the shimmering Cretan Sea. The private outdoor swimming pool offers refreshing moments under the sun and is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas for total relaxation. A gas BBQ and an outdoor dining area for 4 guests create the perfect setting for alfresco meals with panoramic sea and sunset views. A private parking area is available for guests.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15EUR per night/villa from April to October and 4EUR per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash on arrival.


Himmel Villa ll is part of the Himmel Villas Complex, which includes two villas: Himmel Villa l (2 bedrooms & max 5 guests) and Himmel Villa ll (2 bedrooms and max 5 guests). For larger groups, both villas can be booked together for a seamless stay.
