Spring Break

We rented this cute little place for my daughter and I over spring break. I can not say enough about how perfect it was. The location couldn't have been better. We were able to walk everywhere. The bookstore and shops are all wonderful. It was very family friendly. We will absolutely be back soon. It was perfect for the two of us :)

Perfect for two

Bungalow was quiet and nice. Was a little older, but well maintained. Very convenient to the town square. The dedicated parking space was great to have too.

Absolutely perfect. Bingo Cottage was exactly as it was pctured, perfect location, so clean!!

Everything about the cottage, the rents agency, Homeowners Collection was amazing. Loved the use of bikes, pools, beach passses and complimentary beach towels and wine! So helpful with questions too

Relaxing and Peaceful

My husband and I took our first trip to Seaside. This location was perfect for us. The studio was breezy, relaxing and peaceful. The property management was very attentive and friendly. We didn’t want to leave at the end of our stay.

AWESOME Little Bungalow

My daughter and I stayed at the Bungalow, and it was so great. Very cute, clean, and awesome patio. It was two houses down from the market and restaurants. The concierge was great accommodating needs. The only complaint I had was the property management company did not drop off fitness passes, or an extra blanket. I called twice.

Close to everything, clean and tidy and the bed is AMAZINGLY comfortable. I am rarely happy with a "rental" bed and this one.....I slept just like I was a home. The property management was great at answering our one question (about the complimentary bike rental which we took advantage of and enjoyed) and we have zero complaints. Will definitely stay again.

There is an outdoor shower, but not one you want to get naked in unless you want to give the neighbors a show-though good for getting sand off! It has a great little porch to have coffee on. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this house for a couple.

We loved the location super close to the beach and the town center. We didn’t drive our car the entire time we were there. We loved the adult only pool which was also very close. We played tennis and the tennis courts were a short walk. We really loved our stay and we plan to visit again! My only changes would be to maybe make the outdoor shower more private with a wall, I was showering after the beach (in my swimsuit) and someone walked by walking their dog and that was a little awkward. The balcony could also use a screen or a bit more privacy but this didn’t impact our stay.

Great location

Bingo's Bungalow was just as advertised. Place was clean and well appointed. We did not cook any meals in the small kitchen but you could have. One suggestions is to add an icemaker. Fridge is dorm size but was perfect for our needs. Our only complaint was a service company came out and washed the outside of the property with bleach while we were in the home. We contacted the property manager and they were helpful with the situation. Some of our stuff got wet because the windows were open and they offered us reimbursement. Overall, we loved the area and the property was great.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always, we enjoyed being at Seaside. We have rented from you and Cottage Rental Agency about 20 times. We said we would not recommend the property because of 1) a dishwasher that is run down and had to call for help AND 2) A microwave that warms but you can't read the numbers. It is especially annoying because a new microwave of this quality an be purchased for $100 or less. I really think people that rent from you, like us, have a higher expectation than those appliances at Bingo's Bungalow.
