Dieses Cottage mit 1 Schlafzimmer bietet Platz für 4 Personen und verfügt über 2 Badezimmer. Ein Queen-Master-Suite auf der Hauptebene bietet ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, einen Flachbild-TV (nicht gezeigt), Waschmaschine / Trockner und ein eigenes Bad (nur Dusche). Im Obergeschoss befindet sich der Wohn- und Essbereich mit einer Küche mit Kochfeld, Toaster, Minikühlschrank (ohne Gefrierfach), Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und Essbereich für 4 Personen. We had such a great stay at the Seaside “Atrium”—it’s exactly the kind of place you hope to find but rarely do.The space is perfectly sized for a couple, with a really thoughtful layout and two full bathrooms that make everything feel extra comfortable and convenient. It strikes that ideal balance of being spacious enough to relax, while still feeling cozy and intimate. The overall vibe is charming and quaint in the best way—very “Seaside” without trying too hard.One of the biggest highlights for us was the bikes. Being able to hop on and cruise around the area added a whole extra layer to the trip and made exploring effortless and fun.The neighborhood itself is incredibly quiet and peaceful, which we really appreciated. It felt tucked away and relaxing, yet still close enough to everything you’d want to do.All in all, this is a fantastic spot for a couple looking for a laid-back, comfortable getaway with a lot of charm. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Loved Our Month Long Stay

Beautiful Tidy Beach Space

Exceptional property with close access to Seaside and the private beach. It’s perfect for those looking to get away for a weekend or even longer. We would definitely stay here again and hated to leave. Close to everything while still being isolated enough.

Dreamy, Dollhouse Cottage in exceptional location!

Excellent customer service. Cozy, clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay, one block from spectacular beaches and 2 blocks from Seaside square atrium. Cafes and restaurants, shopping .. everywhere. Yet, quiet and Dreamy neighborhoods to walk or bike around and enjoy! Best Thanksgiving getaway!!! We’ll definitely return!!! So happy we were able to enjoy and stay with our precious Maltese Furry baby girl!

The Atrium

The Atrium was a great place to stay. The location was excellent. It was right down the street from the beach and from all the food trucks and restaurants. My girls enjoyed staying upstairs while my husband stayed downstairs. They felt like they had their own apartment. It was super nice to have two bathrooms with showers so everyone could get ready for dinner. We didn’t really use the kitchen because we ate out most of the time. But it was nice. Loved everything about it. Hopefully we will be back.

Great place close to the beach!

This was our first time to visit Seaside and we absolutely loved staying at the Atrium. The proximity to the beach and market area was great. The unit was nice and comfortable. We did not realize that there was not a full size fridge, which posed some issues with needing ice and couldn’t keep things very cold, but it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience. A few things could use upgrades and refreshed but overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Loved that it was dog friendly!

Great property

We loved our stay at the Atrium. It was roomy and having two bathrooms were ideal. The location was perfect being so close to the beach. Took full advantage of the two bikes to tour around seaside. We did have an issue with insects the first night but contacted the property management company and they had an exterminator out the next day. The living room furnishings could use a refresh but still 5 stars in my book!

Cute place. Room was as listed . Seaside wristbands worked great! Easy access to beach. Only had one issue - lots of berries falling from vines in trees in driveway. Had to wash car several times during stay to prevent paint damage, plus wipe bottoms of shoes to prevent tracking berry juice inside of cottage. Asked for street parking pass - quick response - got parking pass for parking at street other than driveway. Probably a seasonal thing.

Great location in Seaside

Great location but this house does need some TLC. The floor plan was wonderful but the furniture upstairs needs to be updated. Bathroom showers need a deep clean and tile needs to be repaired. The management company was wonderful. I called because we had no essential kitchen supplies and they took care of it.

Great Spot!

Wonderful location, clean, good bikes, but basically zero workable WiFi. Would definitely go again if they had better WiFi; no ability to watch tv or communicate via phone due to bad cell coverage and dialup speed wifi. Had a hard time working from there. Also, no freezer, which is a little inconvenient at the beach. But if you don’t need that stuff 5 stars.

Nice Getaway

Overall we enjoyed our stay. You can't beat the location. The property was cozy and quaint. We really enjoyed the balcony and the bicycles that came with the unit. Our only complaint would be the T.V. situation. We could never figure out how to watch - if it was cable, satellite, or streaming. Very confusing and limited channels. Being our trip was during football season, my husband was a bit disappointed not being able to watch his games. Other than that it was a nice getaway for us.

Cozy Seaside Getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Atrium. It was the perfect location...a few blocks from the square and beach. We were able to ride the bikes that came with the rental anywhere we wanted to go. We traveled with our small Frenchie, and the property's backyard made it easy to let him roam a little and use the restroom. The rental unit was very clean and tidy. Unlike other places, the mattress and bedding were very comfortable, which we greatly appreciated! The only suggestion we would have is for more counter space in the restrooms, which wasn't a big deal at all, but we just found ourselves having to unpack/pack up all of our toiletries every morning/night before/after use. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again. Seaside rocks! Thank you!

Great Location too Dog friendly!

Positives-location and parking. Adequate space. Property management company very responsive. Negatives-the door is very difficult to lock and unlock, we are handy people. The unit was dirty-vents and shelves have not been dusted in years. The furniture is old and outdated. Couch and bed not comfortable. Moldings have been chewed by dogs and upstairs rug and all floor coverings old, in need of replacement/refurbishing. Rusty fixtures in bathrooms and unclean shower curtains. The house smells like dog. We have always traveled with our 10 pound, highly trained dog and have never seen this. For such a prestigious location, this needs to be remodeled.

Thanks for your review, after receiving your feedback we removed the living room which was the culprit of the pet smell, updated all throw pillows, bedding and the chair cushion in the living room, steam cleaned the couch and all the window treatments.
