This lovely one-bedroom apartment in Lisbon is the perfect choice for couples looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. It is 35m2 and on the second floor, accessible by stairs.
The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table. There's also a private balcony to enjoy the fresh air and add a touch of outdoor relaxation to your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment has a washer and drying rack to meet your laundry needs for added convenience.
The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Largo do Contador Mor is a square in the Alfama district of Lisbon. The square is named after the Contador Mor, the head of the royal treasury during the time of the Portuguese monarchy. Largo do Contador Mor retains much of its old-world charm today, with cobblestone streets, colorful buildings, and decorative tiles adorning the facades.
Alfama is one of the oldest and most historic neighborhoods in Lisbon. It is located on a hillside overlooking the Tagus River and is characterized by its narrow winding streets, colorful buildings, and picturesque alleys.
One of the defining features of Alfama is its Moorish influence, which is evident in its architecture and layout. The neighborhood is home to several historic landmarks, including the São Jorge Castle, a medieval fortress that offers panoramic views of the city, and the Sé Cathedral, one of the oldest churches in Lisbon.

The Chão de Loureiro elevator is just a 5-minute walk away.
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
