Every detail, from the lighting to the decorative elements, has been carefully chosen to create an atmosphere of nostalgic sophistication.

Whether you come for a peaceful getaway by the sea or simply to enjoy the timeless charm of classic design, the apartment offers you a welcoming and stylish atmosphere, a perfect fusion of vintage soul and coastal tranquillity.

The apartment has an area of 35 m2 and a sea-view balcony on the 1st floor of a residential building.

The apartment comprises a sleeping area with a double bed (1.6 x 2.0 m), a bathroom and a small living area with sofa, dining table and kitchenette.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.



NOTES:

Free parking on the property is subject to availability. If there is no parking available on the property, there is a paid car park 200 metres away and authorised street parking is available on nearby streets.

The building is located in a residential complex, but there is potential for traffic noise, mainly during the day and if the windows are open.

Due to the island's climate, insects may unexpectedly occur. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up food scraps and keep food well wrapped.

It is recommended that people sensitive to mosquito bites use insect repellent when travelling around the island.

Cleaning is carried out before guests arrive and then weekly maintenance cleaning is performed, which includes changing bed linen and towels.

Construction work is underway for the refurbishment of apartments nearby, which may cause temporary noise during the day.

LOCATION:

The property is located in a residential area in the main tourist zone of Funchal. Within a 5-minute walk there are several restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and attractions. It is 250 metres from the Ponta Gorda Swimming Complex, 400 m from the Forum Madeira Shopping Centre and 900 metres from the Lido Swimming Complex, via the Lido Promenade.

The apartment has easy pedestrian access to the Lido Promenade by the sea, bus stops next to the building and is easy to drive to and from the main road axes.



CONDITIONS:

1. Parties and behaviours that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not permitted, especially between 22:00 and 08:00 when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.

2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.

3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival time is available through a key safe whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival. For in-person check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time may be scheduled according to our availability.

4. Guests may be asked to present an identification document at the time of arrival and to provide missing identification data to comply with legal requirements.

5. Any damage, incidents or cleaning failures must be reported as soon as they are detected so they can be verified and addressed promptly during the stay. Problems reported late merely for the purpose of obtaining a refund will not be considered.

6. Guests must inform about allergies, constraints or special needs before or shortly after booking to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
