Enjoy a complimentary stay at this beautiful villa in Callao Salvaje, Tenerife. Situated in a central location only 200 meters from all amenities. Some of the main highlights of this property are 4 bedrooms (bedroom 4 is small and located in a separate building), 2 bathrooms, roof terrace with sea views and pool terrace with private heated pool and adjacent bar area with fridge! This villa offers comfort, peacefulness and is a great base for all of those who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Tenerife.

As you enter the interior you are greeted into the spacious living area/kitchen/diner! The kitchen is fully equipped, the living area holds sofas and a large flat screen TV equipped with a fire stick, providing guests with plenty of entertainment. The dining area is similar to a conservatory with seating for up to 8 guests and includes patio doors leading to the terrace. Inside the main villa are 3 bedrooms which are normal size, the 4th bedroom is small and positioned in a separate building with separate entrance, which is accessed via an artificial grass pathway at the side of the terrace. The 4th bedroom is recommended for those that want that extra bit of privacy. All bathrooms are located inside the main villa.

A wonderful private heated pool is waiting for guests out on the terrace, along with sun loungers, comfortable seating and a bar area with a fridge, the bar is conveniently located to enjoy some refreshing beverages around the pool! The BBQ is a must use facility, here you can cook the perfect feast! Additionally, guests have access to the roof terrace which offers patio furniture and excellent sea views and sunset views.

Please note: the 4th bedroom is only accessible if there are 7 or 8 guests in your group. If there are 6 or less guests in your group you will not receive access to the 4th bedroom, however if your group is 6 or less guests and you still wanted to confirm access to the 4th bedroom we can arrange this at an additional cost.

LOCATION:

Located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in the Costa Adeje area, on the south coast of Tenerife (only 25 km from Tenerife South airport). Callao Salvaje has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation and most importantly convenience with an excellent selection of amenities that is within walking distance. Also, not forgetting the reasonably priced accommodation and lots of sunshine which are more reasons tourists love Callao.

This accommodation is 100 meters from the centre of the resort, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and the beach. There are some admirable restaurants to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. The resort holds a taxi rank and good transport links to anywhere on the island via several bus stops with regular service. Therefore, car hire is not required.

Callao Salvaje is becoming more popular with new developments and now has a total of 6 hotels open. Sports facilities are available in the area such as a public football pitch, child mini park and pay to use tennis courts. Callao Salvaje is a 10 minute drive or approx 20 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are also nearby.
