Exclusive duplex in a privileged setting, perfect for enjoying a relaxing vacation. It offers comfort for up to 4 guests, with two bedrooms, a full bathroom and an additional guest toilet, a bright living room, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, as well as a spacious terrace. Its carefully selected décor and functional layout make it an ideal choice for families, couples, or small groups.
Upon entering the duplex, a hallway with large built-in wardrobes leads to the bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen bed, built-in wardrobe, a small dresser, and a large window that fills the room with natural light. The second bedroom has two single beds with views of the exterior. A full bathroom with a shower serves this floor.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and integrated with the living area, which includes a Smart TV, a spacious seating area, and a dining table for enjoying meals. Large windows provide access to the outdoor terrace. From the living room, an elegant spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a small guest toilet, the laundry room, and the terrace with views of the large banana plantation, the mountains, and the distant sea. The terrace includes a table with chairs and two sun loungers, perfect for enjoying the stunning sunsets.
The décor has been carefully chosen to create a relaxing and cozy atmosphere that invites rest and relaxation.
The property is perfectly connected by road and is close to bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. From here, guests can easily explore the island and enjoy its main attractions: national parks, beaches, nature trails, water activities, and amusement parks, as well as cultural and gastronomic visits in nearby towns and cities.
The duplex is designed to combine functionality and comfort. It features ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms, high-speed fiber WiFi, an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and a laundry area. The terrace provides a pleasant outdoor space for relaxation. For families with babies, a crib and high chair are available upon request.
We want you to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay, so we kindly ask you to keep in mind a few simple rules. Access is reserved exclusively for registered guests, and external visitors are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., and we appreciate your help in keeping a relaxed atmosphere during that time by avoiding loud music or parties. The house is smoke-free and does not accept pets. For safety reasons, the use of flammable or hazardous materials is not permitted, and we kindly ask you to take care of the accommodation, the furniture, and the facilities as if they were your own.
