Within walking distance you’ll find the Sagrada Familia and be very close to Passeig de Gràcia, Barcelona’s most exclusive avenue, home to luxury shops, cafés, and restaurants, as well as excellent bus and metro connections (L2, L3, and L4) providing easy access to the entire city.
Welcome to our spacious and bright apartment in the center of Barcelona!
Ideal for families, groups, or business trips, this recently renovated apartment has been designed to offer a practical, elegant, and welcoming stay. It features: 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with a bunk bed and a single bed) and 2 full bathrooms with cotton towels, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries (one of them en suite). The living room also offers access to a private balcony and includes a sofa bed for extra comfort.
🛋️ The apartment is fully equipped to enjoy the city in style:
• Dining area for up to 6 guests and a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances: oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, etc.
• Air conditioning and heating in all rooms
• High-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work or entertainment
• Washing machine and dryer, perfect for longer stays
• Elevator in the building
Located in the heart of Eixample, this neighborhood is known for its modernist architecture, wide avenues, and vibrant atmosphere. It is a safe, well-connected area, ideal for exploring the city on foot.
🎉 Parties are not allowed. The apartment is equipped with a Roomonitor system that monitors noise levels to ensure rest and respect for the neighborhood.
