Fabulous location!

Great decor and fabulous location! What we loved most was the glassed-in lounge/sunroom for morning coffee and an afternoon glass of wine. The flat is only one block from Casa Batlló, loads of shopping, and so many great restaurants! Will definitely stay here again!

An Adorable apartment in Barcelona

My niece and her husband stayed with us at this lovely apartment near everything! We loved the balcony that strutted out over the busy street. Wr had our morning coffee here and our evening glass of wine. Heike was very good at communicating with us about all the necessities. Though after we checked in we did not have an issues! I highly Recommend staying here!

Great flat and great location!

Very spacious flat in a fabulous location! We enjoyed sitting on the enclosed veranda, having our coffee and wine for happy hour. The beds were very comfortable and having 2 bathrooms a plus. I would highly recommend this vrbo.

Amazing apartment and location

Great property for our family. The apartment was larger than we thought and very comfortable. The rooms were soundproofed so it was very quiet despite the busy street. The location was perfect and close to multiple metro stations. The host was also very quick to respond with any to any questions we had prior or during our stay. There are some stairs up to the elevator and the elevator is very small. Since it was on the second floor we would just take the stairs mainly. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The area also felt very safe.

Barcelona for the 1st time.

The apartment was nice, spacious, well appointed, and had a charming ambience. The architecture of the apartment and the surrounding area was wonderful and relaxing. The apartment is basically on the second floor by American standards. We had issues with the elevator In the building not working for the first 2.5 days we were there, the TV service never worked during our stay there and the apartment was in need of some minor repairs. Had these problems not occurred, I would have given the establishment 5 stars.

Exceeded the photographs.

We loved this place and will be excited to have others we tell stay there. Enjoyed the art, modern furnishings, and especially the size and floorplan-- hard to fully appreciate that from the photographs. If I lived in Barcelona, this would be what I would want to live in. Safe neighborhood, close to cab stand and great restaurants and just a few blocks from the Casa Battlo.

Great location - charming apartment

We stayed for a month and really enjoyed the apartment. You cannot beat the location - 700ft from Passieg de Gracia train station and easy subway links. The apartment is not as luxurious as the photos suggest - no robes, slippers or fluffy towels! Could do with a lick of paint and some overall maintenance and small repairs. But none of this hindered our stay. We loved the amount of space and the indoor patio. Beds were super comfortable and kitchen had all we needed. A bluetooth speaker was provided on request.

Perfect place to stay!!

**Review of VRBO** I recently stayed at an amazing VRBO property that exceeded all my expectations. The location was perfect, providing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Our host was exceptional—she communicated effectively and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. One of my favorite features was the enclosed balcony, which was perfect for enjoying morning coffee and unwinding during the evenings. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare breakfast and enjoy meals together. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better host or a more delightful place to stay. I highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!

Girls trip

Apartment was in an amazing location close to restaurants, shopping and the supermarket. Communication with the property manager was easy. She also supplied us with restaurant recommendations. The second bathroom is more of a bathtub. The shower is a little bit awkward, but not a reason to not rent this apartment. The apartment was super clean and we truly enjoyed our stay in Barcelona!

GP weekend stay

The property was in a great location and the host was really helpful including making restaurant recommendations. The apartment is lovely but not as ‘luxury’ as suggested in the narrative or on the photos. It’s a little dated and could do with a spruce up which would make a massive difference. As in an earlier review some doors don’t close properly, crockery and glasses don’t match, towels and laundry are poor quality. We did enjoy our stay though and the style of the apartment is lovely.

Dear Rachael, thank you for taking the time to write us some lines. First of all I would like to apologize the complain about the towels and line, I have checked with the cleaning service and they said there are some towels that maybe could get replaced and this is what we will do inmediately. The perception of luxury is different in any person, our property has a medium - high quality furniture and design according to the price which many of our guests highly praise. Also luxury is the site and location of our property considerate one of the best, not to mention the best in Barcelona and the price it´s a nod above all so that you are paying to be there. Regarding the glass door, the only one that can give sometimes a little bit of trouble, the rest of doors are completely perfect, you should have told me during your stay and I would have send you a maintenance guy to fix it. Thank you.

Fabulous

The layout of this property and location were fabulous for the two of us. Heike was very responsive and pleasant to interact with. She even received important mail for us during our 6 week stay. The indoor balcony was such a treat for people and bird watching while sipping a morning coffee or a evening wine and staying cool. Unfortunately the dryer did not work properly during our stay but we got by with air drying. The dining room furniture is in need of replacement, but overall we were delighted with our stay and look forward to staying long term again! Thanks Heike for your hospitality.
