Maple Lodge in Teigngrace, Devon, sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
Maple Lodge, a single-storey lodge, consists of an open-plan living space with electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating, Smart TV, and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and twin, both with Smart TVs, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is enclosed, wraparound decking with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved pet welcome at 25 GBP per week. Sorry, no smoking. Travel cot and highchair available on request. You’ll find a shop and fishing lake on-site, pub in 1.6 miles, canal in 0.5 miles, and river in 1 mile. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels inc. In rent. Maple Lodge is a lovely base for a Devon escape. Note: Shared outdoor heated swimming pool open 8am-8pm, May-Sept. Note: Working farm - children must be supervised at all times. Note: EV charging station on-site, payable at reception. Note: Only Saturday arrivals accepted between 19th July to 30th August. Note: Cats are not allowed at this property. This well kept area boasts attractive traditional cottages, three churches, and a wide selection of shops, both independent and mainstream. The town offers plenty of opportunities to endorse in good food and wines, from inns to cake shops, you'll be sure to find an array of eateries here. Kingsteignton also boasts an array of sporting facilities for all ages to get involved in including its very own bowls clubhouse, a swimming pool, football and judo clubs, and two large playing fields, it's the perfect place to bring the whole family, even including the dog with plenty of lands, a nearby pond , and a local nature reserve to explore. Extremely close to the Newton Abbot race course, Kingsteignton makes a brilliant location for a fun-filled family day out, with its own creche, a variety of events from car boot sales and antiques fairs to its Wellbeing Show, there's plenty to explore here no matter the time of year.
