No 1 Caddaford Barns in a rural hamlet just outside Buckfastleigh, Devon, sleeps four in two bedrooms.
The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with double induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating, and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite bathroom, and a 5ft double (which can be 2ft 6 twin beds on request) with en-suite shower room. Outside, there is a front courtyard with patio and off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.8 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
