The Space:
This is a bright and appealing apartment on the top floor of a classic Haussmann building, with a peaceful courtyard outlook. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed with a superior quality mattress and faces the courtyard. The living room has a sofa-bed. The bathroom is accessible via the bedroom and features a shower, toilet and sink. The living area is equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has a mini refrigerator, stove, microwave with oven function, dishwasher and drip coffee machine. A washer-dryer combo is available for your convenience. The apartment is heated electrically throughout; please note there is no air conditioning. Please note that while the building has a lift, it only goes to the 5th floor; one additional flight of stairs is required to reach the 6th floor apartment.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM via self check-in, simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you're arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00 and 9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM to 12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We're flexible when we can be, just give us a heads-up!
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required for all bookings, collected in accordance with Airbnb's policies. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
The apartment is non-smoking throughout. The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.
Occasionally, management may need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We'll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
A few practical notes: Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. The lift goes to the 5th floor only; the apartment on the 6th floor is reached by one additional flight of stairs. Photos are as accurate as possible and minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Please reach out before booking if you have any questions about the cancellation policy.

The Neighborhood:
The Boulevard Saint-Germain is one of the great axes of the Left Bank, and at number 93 you are placed right at the heart of one of Paris's most culturally rich and pleasurable neighbourhoods. The immediate surroundings are lively and diverse, with legendary literary cafés such as Les Deux Magots and Café de Flore just a short walk west, alongside art galleries, bookshops, wine bars and restaurants of every style and price. The church of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the oldest in Paris, is around the corner, and the Jardin du Luxembourg is a pleasant 10-minute stroll away.
The Musée d'Orsay and the Seine are a short walk north, and the Latin Quarter with its bookshops, cafés and university life is just across the boulevard. The Musée de Cluny and the Odeon theatre are close by, and Saint-Michel with its RER connections to the airports is within easy reach. Whether you are here for culture, gastronomy or simply the pleasure of walking through some of the most beautiful streets in Paris, this address puts you at the centre of it all.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.
*Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.
*The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance.
*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.
*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.
