Funchal Acqua Blue 3H is a modern and charming apartment in a recently built building with high-quality standards, located in the main tourist area of Funchal, close to the sea and with various nearby services.
The apartment is 156 m2 and comprises three bedrooms with queen-size beds (1.60 m), living room with sofa and dining table, fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms, private parking and a terrace with private pool, solarium and outdoor dining table.
It is integrated into a residential building with various shared amenities, including a spacious garden, an infinity pool with sea view and a gym.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, washer and dryer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), TV with international channels and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.

The apartment is located in the main tourist area of Funchal, near Formosa Beach.
A few minutes' walk away, there are restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, shops and a pharmacy.
It is 600 metres from the Forum Madeira Shopping Centre, 750 metres from Formosa Beach and 1700 metres from the Lido Bathing Complex, via the Lido Promenade.
The property has easy pedestrian access to services and attraction areas with bus stops near the building.
The airport Aerobus has a stop 100 metres from the building's entrance.
By car, there is easy access to the main roads of Funchal and the highway to explore the island.
OBSERVATIONS
The private pool can be heated upon request with a supplement (minimum 5 days). The large shared pool is not heated.
Due to the island's climate, insects may unexpectedly occur. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean food remains and keep food well packaged.
The use of repellent is recommended for people sensitive to mosquito bites when moving around the island.
Cleaning is done before guests' arrival and then a weekly maintenance cleaning is performed, which includes changing bed linen and towels.
An increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person.

1. Parties and behaviours that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not permitted, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and mode of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Guests must agree on the check-in time at least two days before arrival, and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time may be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be asked to present an identification document upon arrival and provide missing identification data to comply with legal requirements.
5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking to verify compliance and take appropriate measures.
