Welcome travellers to our delightful 3 bedroom apartment nestled in the countryside of Malta while having amazing beaches just steps away!

You are welcomed into a spacious living area which also leads to the front balcony overlooking the beautiful views of Mgarr! All bedrooms include comfortable beds, creating a cosy ambiance for a restful night's sleep.

This apartment is perfect for those who wish to immerse themselves in the authentic Maltese lifestyle!

Living Spaces| Step onto the sunny front balcony offering one of the most picturesque views on the Maltese island, a serene spot for relaxation. The apartment features a dining area and a comfortable sofa facing the TV for enjoyable evenings.

Not to be missed is the private front balcony that overlooks the captivating greenery of Mgarr, offering a tranquil retreat.

Kitchen| The well-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and essential amenities, ensuring effortless meal preparations. Its open layout seamlessly connects the culinary space with the living areas.

Bedrooms| 3 Bedrooms, the main bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite. Second bedroom has 2 single beds while the last bedroom includes one single bed. For another extra guest, we will prepare the sofa-bed with linens which is found in the living area.

Bathrooms| 2 Large bathrooms. One of the bathroom is an en-suite while the other is available for all guests.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
