Diese Wohnung wurde gerade zu hohen Standards renoviert und bietet eine luxuriöse Urlaubsunterkunft. Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr zentralen Gegend in der Nähe des Strandes, der Promenade und der Restaurants.
Dieses Apartment mit Aufzug begrüßt Sie zu einem modernen Wohngefühl mit allem Luxus, den Sie benötigen. Alle 3 Schlafzimmer sind Kingsize-Betten und das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit einer Waschmaschine, einer Spülmaschine, einer Mikrowelle usw. Es gibt 2 Balkone, von denen einer den Pool überblickt und über einen Tisch verfügt Balkon und ein weiterer Balkon mit Blick auf die Straße, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar und die Bushaltestelle ist nur auf der anderen Straßenseite vom Eingang. Der Strom ist auf einem Zähler und es wird ein kostenloses Guthaben gewährt, um bequem zu leben, da die Wohnung voll klimatisiert ist. Ideal apartment to stay in when visiting Malta

This is an ideal apartment to stay in if you are visiting Malta, specifically St. Paul’s Bay or surrounding areas. The apartment was clean and well-stocked, and Sandra was the perfect host who was on call to attend to our queries. Will definitely be staying here again on my visits to Malta.

Great Apartment, Great Location

This was a lovely property in a vibrant area of Malta. A short walk from shops, bars and the coast offering swimming, water sports and plenty of restaurants. The communal pool was clean and quiet and a welcome opportunity to cool down. The apartment had all the home comforts needed to make our stay perfect for our family.

Spacious apartment close to town

We had a great stay at Alexandra’s apartment. It was clean, well equipped and well placed for walking into and around the Bugibba / St Paul’s area. Alexandra was easy to get hold of and friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay and would recommend!

The apartment has 3 bedrooms with comfy beds very clean, there is everything you need just like home fully equipped kitchen she even puts a food pack in the fridge that will be very helpful for who ever does a late check in,Alexandra is very a nice woman I felt like I knew her for a long time I really recommend this place there is everything you need near by I will definitely be back when I need a break Once again thanks for everything Really enjoyed our stay

Two week vacation

We spent two weeks here. We are two retired couples. The apartment is just as shown in the photographs. It was very clean and well furnished. We found the location excellent. It was a short walk to the water and the main square. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as grocery and other stores. Sandra was excellent to deal with. We would recommend this apartment without hesitation.

Great host, place & location

Recommend 10/10. Exactly as pictured. Sandra was super helpful with us. We had a little situation (water damage caused by neighbor) and she made sure to accommodate us and ensure our stay was confortable. We'd definitely stay there again !

Spacious getaway

Sandra was a great host; and helped us with transportation and parking. Her unit is spacious and is definitely comfortable to accommodate our party of 6 adults. Having the pool area is a bonus. Her location is excellent, close to the action, but far enough for quiet relaxation. Loved our time spent in Bugibba and Malta. Thanks Sandra for a great holiday!

Lovely Apartment near sea front

The apartment is located in a convenient area for both walking and driving. The sea front and shops are within 5 minutes walk and Mdina, Rabat and Mosta are a short drive away. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. with balconies that catch the sun, one overlooks the pool is a nice place to spend time. I would stay again if I wanted to explore that area of Malta.

Tidy, functional and fair priced. Lack of a shower curtain in the en suite may be off putting for some. Washing machine always welcome. Pool area has lots of rules that no one follows but nothing there presented a problem for our family.

spacious apartment for a family or more

The apartment is quite central in Buggiba and easy to get around , to the beach and nearby villages. The owner came by a few later , to greet us. The only disadvantage to this place would be the construction noise that starts early in the morning , from the building right in front, and that woke us up every day... The kitchen is well equiped and the bathrooms are nice, plus the taxi service is convenient.

Very spacious & modern

We are a family of 5 kids ages 22 - 17 - 13 so big kids...... the apartment had everything you need a real home from home . It is very spacious & modern the pool is great only thing is most of the time the POOL CLOSED SIGN is up but the local residents still go in so we just followed suit... Alexandra came to see us the day after we arrived as we got in very late she had arranged our transportation from the airport and we also had a welcome pack in the fridge when we arrived, she thought of everything and couldn't have done enough for us. You are only 5 minutes walk to the square where you have all the bars and restaurants (no need to cook) but all mod cons in the apartment if you wanted to. We have been to Malta a number of times and have not stayed in an apartment that comfortably housed all of us with plenty of room that we were not falling over each other. A beautiful apartment in a lovely part of Malta

We (a family of 5) stayed in this apartment for a week at the start of October and found it to be a perfect and well equipped base for exploring all that Malta has to offer! The apartment itself is very well laid out and decorated so beautifully. The aircon is great and Alexandra really did supply everything we needed, including tea, coffee, sugar, milk and some groceries to get us started. The only slight problem we found in the apartment was that although the sofa in the living area is so nice and comfortable it really only seats 3 people and there was 5 of us and I believe the apartment can sleep 8. Lots of lovely dinner seating and outdoor seating and space, but that was a slight problem for us as we tended to stay in most evenings. TV wise there is a great package, with everything you could want and more! The shared pool outside is really good and we mostly had it to ourselves. Location wise the apartment was fantastic, everything was on the doorstep and we found Bugibba a great place to stay with good restaurants and shops and good bus links to go anywhere on the island. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Malta. Thanks for a great stay Alexandra.

Great base for holiday

The property was just what we needed for our annual break with 2 adult children. Spacious for the 4 adults and very clean/modern. Sandra was very welcoming and addressed all our questions and the essentials in the fridge was much appreciated. Very handy for beach and all the restaurants/bars. The immediate vicinity around the property is not pretty but do not be put off. In the end we swam in sea every day so did not use the swimming pool at apartment but it looked fine if not the most luxurious setting. TV has all the English channels, sports and new films. Better than being at home! Taxis to/from airport arranged through Sandra was Steve and worked great. A special thanks to Steve who told us so much about the island. We used the local bus service that was very efficient if a bit crowded. We did a day trip to Valletta (our tip is to get 212 bus from Bugibba to Sliema and then get the short ferry). Makes for a scenic trip. Fascinating small city with plenty to see. We did the Hornblower boat trip to blue lagoon and Gozo. A great relaxed day with stunning coastal scenery. We had plans to return to Valletta to do WW2 museums but in the end just chilled on beach for our other 2 days. Bugibba has all the tourist bars/eateries you would expect but some surprisingly good restaurants. Venus was particularly good. Overall, met all our expectations for 5 days of mid October sun at good value for an adult family. Many thanks to Sandra.

Ruim en schoon huis

We hebben een prima tijd gehad in het appartement. Het is zeer ruim en schoon. Het zwembad is mooi en groot. Met voldoende ligbedden. In het appartement zijn nog extra stoelen aanwezig als de bedden bij het zwembad bezet zijn. Het enige minpunt is dat er inde omgeving van het huis weit parkeerplaatsen zijn. We moeten echt zoeken naar een plek. Eigenaresse Sandra is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Toller Familienurlaub

Von der ersten Minute an war der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin Sandra sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie hat uns die Abholung am Flughafen organisiert, die super geklappt hat. Steve hat uns 5 Personen mit allem Gepäck mit seinem großen Van vom Flughafen abgeholt und ins Apartement gebracht und hatte auch gleich den Schlüssel dabei. Er hat uns alles erklärt und wir haben auch gleich die Rückfahrt mit ihm ausgemacht. Im Kühlschrank wartete bereits Essen und Trinken für das erste Frühstück, eine tolle Überraschung. Das Apartement liegt zentral in nur 5 Minuten zum Zentrum mit Bars und Geschäften. Das hat leider auch den Nachteil, dass es nachts sehr laut ist. Wir haben aber auch mit offenen Fenstern geschlafen, es gibt auch Klimaanlagen, bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es vielleicht ruhiger. Das Apartement ist wie auf den Fotos, sehr modern, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt sogar Bücher, Spiele, Schnorchel. Wenn wir das gewusst hätten, hätten wir viel weniger mitgenommen. Und auch der Pool ist toll. Leider war das mittlere Schlafzimmer nach einem Wasserschaden nicht benutzbar, so dass eines unserer Kinder auf der Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer schlafen musste. Wir haben uns aber entsprechend arrangiert. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Wunderbar

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer tollen Ausstattung die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in einem tipptopp sauberen Zustand. Bei Ankunft war der Kühlschrank mit kleinen Leckereien gefühlt was einem nach einer anstrengenden Anreise das Herz erwärmt. Sehr zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. This apartment shares a communal pool , it is a large pool and also has a baby pool , so it is ideal for families, The TV has settle so there are programs in every language , It all has Wifi internet connect, and many other comforts. I am sure you will love your stay at this property ,
I also have an agreement with a car rental company which is opposite the apartment and if you hire the car from him , he will prove you with a parking space , This is most comfortable as parking in Bugibba could be a problem , so i highly recommend.
