Sehr geräumige 3-Zimmer-Wohnung direkt am Meer. Die Wohnung hat einen spektakulären Blick auf Spinola und Balluta Bay von seinem Wohnzimmer und Balkon. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Meer und an der Promenade. Es ist voll ausgestattet und möbliert. Es verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 separate Badezimmer und eine geräumige Küche mit Esszimmer und einem Balkon mit Meerblick.

Das Apartment liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von Sliema, Paceville, den besten Restaurants, dem Nachtleben, den Geschäften und einer Vielzahl von Unterhaltungs- und Entspannungsmöglichkeiten entfernt. In der Nähe finden Sie auch große Spielbereiche für Kinder.

Der Raum
Dieses Apartment mit 3 Schlafzimmern direkt am Meer liegt direkt an der Küste von St. Julian und bietet vom Balkon aus einen spektakulären Blick auf Spinola und die Bucht von Balluta. Bitte sehen Sie sich die beigefügten Bilder an, um die schöne Aussicht vom Balkon aus zu sehen.

Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, fertig und möbliert. Es verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, eine geräumige Küche, ein Esszimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick sowie zwei voll ausgestattete Badezimmer. Das erste Badezimmer hat sowohl eine Badewanne als auch eine separate Dusche. Das zweite Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Handbrause.

Es ist sehr romantisch, im Wohnzimmer oder auf dem Balkon zu sitzen, um das Abendessen mit Blick auf das Meer zu genießen und gleichzeitig den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten. Der Balkon ist ziemlich groß und hat einen Tisch mit Stühlen.

Perfect location

The property was clean and in the perfect location for us. We hired a car and used the apartment as a base as we explored the island. There were lots of places to eat at night and lots to see from the balcony as we chilled in the evenings. Our hosts were very helpful and met us at the property on the first day, and checked that we were ok during our stay. We only had one question/query (not significant), but they replied within the hour. Great service We would highly recommend this property.

Good central location - with great bay views

The property is located on the main promenade between St Julians and Slemia and over looks the bay. Its 10 min walk to the main nightlife in Paceville - but far enough away not to be disturbed. Within 5 mins walk have lots of local and international resturants. A well stocked supermarket (Schotts) is nearby which serves locals so prices very reasonable. The apartment has 3 bedrooms - 2 with ac as well as TV ( with full Sky - TV, Movies, Sports) , washing machine and 3 pin UK plugs. The hosts are very helpfull - meeting you at the apartment to show you around and very helpfull in pre and post booking correspondence.

Schöne Insel und tolle Aussicht!

Der Gesamteindruck der Wohnung und der Insel waren gut. Wir wurden wie mit dem Vermieter abgesprochen vom Flughafen abgeholt und zur Wohnung gefahren. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr groß. Am nächsten Morgen bekamen wir Besuch von einem Herren, der für den Vermieter arbeitet und uns mit Infos rund um die Insel versorgt hat. Wir haben nichts auszusetzen, außer einigen kleinen Mängeln. Leider war der Wasserdruck in der Dusche zu niedrig und man musste morgens auf warmes Wasser etwa eine halbe Stunde warten. Mit vier Personen ist das morgens etwas nervig, wenn es schnell gehen muss. Sonst war die Küche nur mit den nötigsten Lebensmittel wie Salz, Öl oder Zucker ausgestattet. Doch trotz den kleinen Mängeln hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. Der Blick auf das Meer vom Balkon war super!

Eine superschöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir wurden begrüßt und wir durften unser Gepäck abstellen, da wir sehr früh mit dem Flieger in Malta angekommen sind. Das vom Vermieter bestellte Taxi war pünktlich am Flughafen und hat uns auch am Abreisetag wieder am Flughafen abgeliefert. Die Wohnung ist riesig und sehr sauber. Der Ausblick aufs Meer einfach super. Alles genau wie beschrieben. Man hat auch immer wieder eine Mail erhalten und gefragt ob alles ok ist. Also eine Rundumbetreuung. Danke - wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Great view St Julian’s.

Property was in the perfect location with a great view. Would be helpful to have a book to explain how the washer works, good restaurants nearby, places of interest, Location of grocery stores, etc. The only other suggestion is to find some other place for the smelly mop in the bathroom. Because tourists are not likely familiar with the electrical and water usage amounts, it would be helpful to have some approximate guidelines. Paying extra for over use of electricity and water is a little tacky.

Dear Ms Mary Lynne, thank you for your review and for having been such a lovely guest. Indeed, the location is perfect, with great views and all amenities close by. Our representative on arrival explains and shows how things work in the apartment. Also, from the balcony they show where are the sops and restaurants. We try to buy the simplest appliances possible, that have easy to understand signs on the push buttons and knobs We suggest using our tourist guide we give on arrival, google maps and Trip advisor. Mops must be rinsed, dried manually in the dryer and then left to dry in the balcony after use, as otherwise it will start smelling. For short stays, we include the consumption of water and electricity with good limits. The limits are good enough to ensure a comfortable stay that includes air-conditioning both at cooling or heating mode. To go over the limit, you need to loose hot or cold air by leaving windows open and do not switch off the AC units when leaving the apartment. All this is explained on an A4 notice on the back of the main door. It is also very clearly explained on the advert and also explained once again on check in by our representatives. The representative also shows you where the meters are in the apartment so they can be checked at any point during your stay. the limits included in the price are usually sufficient - like in your case you were well within the limits allowed. Great location, fab big apartment and well looked after!

Thanks to Ruth, Neville and Salvatore for a lovely stay at their fab apartment. It is ideally located and within a short walk from the shops, bars and restaurants and the vibrant Paceville. The two balconies overlook the bay, with a great relaxing view. Only three of us stayed in the apartment, but it sleeps many more. There are three bedrooms, large living / dining area, decent size kitchen and three bathrooms - providing loads of space. The apartment was very clean and well managed, with the owners and staff at the end of the phone to attend to any issues we had. If you're heading to Malta, check out Getaways Malta who have a number of apartments available, some of them even bigger than this one! thanks again Ruth and Neville, if I'm coming back to Malta, I'll definitely drop you a message.

Huge apartment

Central for restaurants, very busy thoroughfare. Lots of traffic. Loved the air con. View was georgeous Suggestions- Awelcome pack, even if only some water.Info on nearest supermarket, pharmacy, doctors. More tourist info. Bus time tables. Huge apt, only one bendy chopping board. Iron board needs replacing. Minor points though

Indeed the apartment has a lovely view and is on the busy seafront, as St Julians is one of the major tourist and nightlife hubs in Malta In St Julians there are convenience shops open 24 hours, snack bars, take-aways, restaurants, supermarkets etc open for long hours. Thus getting supplies and food is easy during all times of the day and night. We keep in contact with our guests before, during and after the holiday to make sure all went well for them and the next guests. Our office is open for very long hours, all days of the week. We use Whats app, Email, Facebook, messenger, and also operate 2 emergency phone numbers 24/7. We at getaways Malta have our own maintenance staff and representatives, who are equipped with cars, vans, and stores full of spares. We always tell our guests to tell us if something is not up to their satisfaction as we go out of our way to fix and help with any issue. We hope you will be our guests again soon in the near future. Great location!

Neville & Ruth suggested I change my booking to the top floor apartment and it was great having 2 balconies to catch the sun & less street noise. The location is perfect to see Malta & for a swim in the harbour just across the road! I hired a scooter (MedSun just around the corner, was fantastic) for a few days to see the island & had no trouble finding parking. It's an easy walk to Sliema & the ferry to Valletta. The apartment had everything I needed to make it an easy stay, although all the furniture is quite worn & the bathroom would benefit from a renovation.

Mooie locatie, midden in de stad

Het appartement was schoon, alles was aanwezig en had een prachtig uitzicht over de baai. De begeleiding van de eigenaar was prima en al onze vragen werden beantwoord. Winkels, restaurant etc. is op loopafstand net als een supermarkt. Als je zonder strand wil zwemmen, kan je vlakbij de zee in. Voor onze smaak was er wel veel verkeer lawaai te horen in de slaapkamer en de bedden zijn niet echt optimaal, maar als je graag midden in een leuke stad wil verblijven, dan raad ik dit appartement zeker aan.

Tak for din anmeldelse og for at bo hos os. Vi nød hosting dig. Vi er lidt disapointed, at du ikke fortæller os om sengene. Vi kunne have flyttet dem til dig, som du ønskede eller ændret til hårdere eller blødere madrasser / puder, hvis du fortalte os. Derfor fortæller vi dig altid ved ankomsten for at kontakte os, hvis du har problemer. Bag hoveddøren har vi også WeareListening-varselet med vores telefonnumre, e-mail, facebook og hvad er app nr. Således kan gæsterne holde kontakten med os hele dagen på forskellige måder uden omkostninger. Vores kontor er åbent i meget lange timer 7 dage om ugen. Vores kontormedarbejdere er der for at tage nogen quieries og hjælpe fremtidige og nuværende gæster, så de kan have den bedst mulige ferie nogensinde. Kontorpersonalet kan derefter kontakte en af vores andre medarbejdere, der kan hjælpe dig, som i vores tilfælde kunne vi have sendt vores vedligeholdelsespersonale til at ændre sengene til din tilfredshed. Vi på GetawaysMalta Holiday Accommodation har vores eget vedligeholdelsespersonale med varevogne, repræsentanter med biler, butikker med ekstraudstyr, eget rengøringspersonale med varevogne. St Julians er en travl turistby og dermed kan der være trafikstøj på de lavere niveauer. Vi har dog dobbeltruderglas for at reducere støj. Bemærk venligst at alle strandpromenader i Malta ligger på hovedvejen. Endvidere er Malta tætbefolket. Således at have mindre trafikstøj, skal du opgive at være på strandpromenaden og så tæt på alting. Vi vil gerne invitere dig til at besøge os igen. Denne gang kan vi give dig en af vores mere roligere lejligheder, enten på de højere etager eller i et mere roligt område, da du fandt trafikstøjen forstyrrende. Ottima posizione, panorama stupendo

L'appartamento si trova di fronte al mare, vicino alla fermata dell'autobus (50 metri circa). Comodo, funzionale , pulito, con aria condizionata e wifi ,dotato di tutto ciò che può servire in vacanza. Anche il personale dell'agenzia che ci ha accolte e seguite durante il soggiorno è stato disponibile e professionale. Lo consiglio vivamente

Great location, clean apartment and friendly host

The holiday rental is very central situated an we had all the things we needed. In addition the host was very kind and accommodated our little group of six in a friendly fashion. The appartment was very clean and bigger than we thought. Besides, the view was very awesome. Thank you!

Thank you for your review! Hosting you is always a pleasure. We at GetawaysMalta, work hard for all year to keep the apartments in good shape, and to always meet or exceed customers expectations. We do this in a professional way as we have many apartments and can manage our holiday apartment rental business just like having a big hotel. Thus we have our own cleaning and maintenance departments, our own booking office and our own representatives that welcome and see to all our guests needs. My wife Ruth Galea and myself (Neville Galea) work 7 days a week to supervise all operations and make sure every guest is satisfied!

Great location

Basic apartment but had everything we needed. The best feature is the location with its view over St Julian’s Bay. The host gave us lots of great tips for travelling around the island and seeing all sights.

Perfektes Appartement in Toplage mit super Blick

Das super gelegene Appartement mit traumhafter Aussicht auf das Spinola Bay bietet wirklich alles was man braucht. Fußläufig sind mehrere Supermärkte, Apotheken, Restaurants, Sprachschulen und die begehrte Partymeile Pace Ville binnen wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zwei von drei Schlafzimmer sind voll klimatisiert. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Es gibt kostenloses WiFi sowie die Möglichkeit IP-TV in vielen Sprachen zu empfangen. Die im zweiten OG gelegene Wohung ist bequem per Aufzug zu erreichen. Nach Mai 2014 ist mein Aufenthalt 2017 bereits mein zweiter. Weitere werden noch folgen. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenhalt.

Séjour très agréable

Nice appartment, great location

We were with a group of 7 friends from the Netherlands and we had a great time. The appartment was neat and the communication with the owners was great. The view was the best thing about the appartment and just within a 3min walk you were able swim in the sea. Our arrival and department was really well arranged with a taxi that brought us to the appartment and the airport. I would definetly recommend this appartment to everyone!

Good quality, well located

I've used Getaways Malta many times. They are very easy to deal with, Ruth is quick on email. They have a range of apartments, some big some small but all well appointed for what I am looking for. The sea front block has great views, it and the Seaspray apartments are well located. I will stay again for sure!
