Welcome travellers to our charming apartment nestled in Mgarr! An ideal retreat for those looking for tranquility & comfort!
Upon entering our lovely home, our guests are welcomed with a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, sofa and smart TV with access to a balcony with greenery views.
Also included are 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms, which makes it perfect for both long and short term rentals.
Strong WIFI & AC included.
All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!
Living Spaces| A sunny front balcony where our guests can enjoy and relax, with probably one of the nicest views on the Maltese island. Also, the apartment is equipped with a dining area and sofa looking at the TV.
Did we mention the private front balcony overlooking the beautiful greenery views of Mgarr ?
Kitchen| The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials needed for preparing delightful meals, whether it's a quick breakfast or a sumptuous dinner. Its open layout ensures a seamless flow between the culinary space and the living areas.
Bedrooms| 3 Bedrooms, the main bedroom features a king size bed and an en-suite. Second bedroom has 2 single beds while the last bedroom includes one single bed. For another extra guest, we will prepare the sofa-bed with linens which is found in the living area.
Bathrooms| 2 Large bathrooms. One of the bathroom is an en-suite while the other is available for all guests.
Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.
Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.
