This beautifully restored chalet spans three thoughtfully designed floors, offering a warm and welcoming mix of artisan craftsmanship and modern Alpine comfort. With space for up to seven guests, it’s your perfect mountain hideaway, full of character but without the usual Alpine price tag.
You enter the chalet via the ground floor garage, where there’s secure storage for skis, bikes and adventure gear, along with a laundry area. From here, an internal staircase leads you up into the heart of the home.
The first floor is light filled and spacious, with vaulted barn ceilings and exposed wooden beams setting the tone for cosy, mountain living. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is made for gathering and relaxing after a day in the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer, built-in microwave and coffee machine. A large kitchen island with high seating for seven is being installed and will be ready soon — photos to follow. Step out from the living area onto the balcony and take in beautiful valley views, with Nyon mountain on the horizon.
On this floor you will find the the second master featuring a beautiful king size bed that can be set up with an optional central divider if twin sleeping is required. The third bedroom is next door and ideal for children or families, with a standard double bed and a single bunk above. This floor also includes a modern family bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Climb the hand crafted staircase from the living room to reach the mezzanine suite, a truly romantic and restful space tucked beneath the rafters. Here you’ll find another luxurious king size bed, which can also be arranged with an optional divider for separate sleeping, along with its own private en suite shower room. This level is currently being finished with its final touches, and professional photos will follow shortly.

If your vehicle is too tall for the garage or if you prefer to use it solely for equipment storage, additional free parking is available just 100m away at the scenic ‘Petit Église’ on a first come, first served basis.
