Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
The communication was perfect. I greatly appreciated the responsiveness when I booked and when I checked in. The place is designed more for a family (of 4) than for two couples (which is what we were) since there is a massive inequailty in the accomodations of the rooms (bed size, bathroom size (shower literally was the size of an old phone booth), and location of the bathroom-one ensuite and the other in the hall). While some supplies were provided (dishwasher soap, for example), we had to do buy hand soap for dishes, paper towels/serviettes. Only one trash bag was provided. Biggest difficulty was that there were no instructions on how to use appliances and other electronics in the apartment and there were no instructions on the expectations when checking out (where to put trash, towels, etc.). Also, counting the towels on check-in with the guests, as if we might steal them or something, was a bit off putting when we paid a whopping amount of money to stay in the apartment and even if someone took or damaged a towel-we did not-, the cost of this stay more than covered a towel).All in all however, the apartment felt clean, safe, well maintained, close to activities, and in a fabulous neighborhood. I gave this apartment a 5 star because of cleanliness, maintenance, and booking responsiveness.
