Nos complace saber que encontró nuestro apartamento agradable y disfrutó de su ubicación privilegiada. Lamentamos, sin embargo, que haya experimentado algunas dificultades durante su estadía. Respecto a los inconvenientes mencionados, nos gustaría resaltar que, una vez se nos informó sobre la falta de toallas, estas fueron repuestas de inmediato. Nos complace informarle que ya se han tomado acciones para solucionar el problema y garantizar un funcionamiento óptimo en el futuro. En relación con la ausencia de una secadora, según consta en la descripción del apartamento en nuestro sitio web, donde se detallan exhaustivamente las características del mismo, el apartamento no incluye secadora. No obstante, proporcionamos a nuestros clientes tendederos para facilitarles el proceso de lavado y secado de la ropa. Asimismo, hemos registrado sus comentarios acerca del sofá cama y la vajilla, los cuales serán tomados en consideración para llevar a cabo las mejoras correspondientes. Valoramos sinceramente sus comentarios, ya que nos ayudan a identificar áreas de mejora y a ofrecer un servicio de calidad superior.
