Moreover, Pacífico is located near the M30, one of the main ring roads of Madrid, a perfect location for people who come for work due to easy access to other key points of the city such as Ifema.

This modern and functional apartment for four guests located on the ground floor offers a perfectly designed space for those seeking comfort and style in a contemporary environment.

The living room, cozy and bright, offers the perfect place to relax and enjoy everyday life. It has a double sofa bed and Smart TV.

The bathroom, en suite, has a modern shower, perfectly complementing this apartment, providing an experience of comfort and functionality.

The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
