The apartment is located in a privileged location just a few minutes from Gran Vía, in the heart of Madrid, just a step away from cinemas, theaters, shops, restaurants and all the tourist attractions of the city.

It is a practical and functional 38 m2 street-facing apartment ideal for up to four guests, fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.



It is located on the first floor of the building and does not have a lift.



The bedroom has a 1.35 cm double bed dressed with its bedding, space to store your belongings, television and electric heater.



In addition, in the living room you will find a comfortable sofa bed for two people, television, split air conditioning for heating/cooling and a dining table.



You have a modern and spacious bathroom with shower, shower gel and hairdryer. We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel.

We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the bed.



The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; use it responsibly for it to work properly.



The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 4 people and other usual utensils. To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron.



The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.

The accommodation keys will be available at our office starting from the check-in time.

We also provide a luggage storage service at our office**. The cost is €3 per item for the same day and €6 per item for each additional day.
