Wonderful stay! The apartment was comfortable,pretty, clean, and safe. Lovely neighborhood, which was totally walkable with many shops and restaurants and markets nearby. The subway and bus system was easily accessible from the apartment for us to get around the entire city. We would totally book this place again!

There was black mould on some of the curtains, walls and showers. The staircase to the lower bedroom in the basement could not take the weight of a large adult. Generally the place looked recently renovated but a final walk through had not been performed to tidy up rough edges etc. Having said this, the location of the apartment was perfect for our needs and we were able to access the metro and buses easily.

The flat was clean. The clothes washer worked well for us and we enjoyed the Nespresso Machine. A centrally located kitchen space would work well for those wanting to gather at a table. The living room sofa bed is easy to use.Located on the street front, main floor of a building with an interior car park the space can be quite exposed to traffic and passersby. One of the bedrooms was in the basement that was quite musty and accessed by a narrow spiral staircase that we did not feel was sturdy.There was not closet space, hooks or a space to hang clothing other than at the front door for coats. Bedrooms need bedside tables or a space for a glass of water etc. We would have liked a well lit space for getting ready in the morning that had an electrical plug and mirror.

Mienten acerca del arrondissement de Paris, ya que se promociona como de Montparnasse cuando realmente se ubica en el distrito 15, llamado Vaugirard, lo que implica que los alrededores del inmueble, todas sus cercanias son feas y desgastadas y mediocres.¡¡ Y el modo de abrir el porton !! VERGONZOSO, INCREIBLE: habia que acceder al pasador a traves de un agujero en la malla de madera que acompaña a la hoja externa del porton

Was an amazing stay located in local Paris not touristy. One recommendation is to have a book inside on how to operate the heat and washing machine. Was so great to be able to do laundry on our long stay.

Logement bien placé, proche à pieds de Montparnasse dans rue calme mais équipement pas du tout à la hauteur du descriptif, très insuffisant (6 chaises, 3 tasses pour 7 personnes), et la 3ème "chambre" est en fait une pièce en sous sol très humide. Pas de réactivité de l'hôte pour trouver une solution pour l'équipement, et réponses non satifaisantes par la suite.

L'appartement manque d'aération. Il n'y a que deux fenêtres qui ouvrent. Et la vue de cette fenêtre montre les poubelles. Ce n'est pas tellement agréable.
