Wonderful, well-stocked apartment in a nice neighborhood. So spacious. The AC was amazing for the August heat. Felix was very communicative and a great host. Check-in was easy. Metro nearby and plenty in walking distance. Great stay for our family of 5.

Absolute magnificent! Beautiful apartment in a great and lively location but so quiet inside! Spacious rooms and big open floor plan in the main area. The air conditioning was a HUGE bonus. The owners were fantastic and very helpful with the check in process. Close to the metro and lots of restaurants, stores and cafes. Also very easy to get an Uber. Highly recommend this property, you won't be disappointed! Merci Felix and Virginia!!!

Great modern apartment in a truly interesting neighborhood with super shops and eateries. Metro access made all of the city easy to reach. Hosts Felix and Virginia very helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

This was a great place to stay. Great location and easy access. We were 3 couples and we all had our own room and bathroom which was very nice. The apartment was clean and had all you could need for quick meals. The bakery and crepes nearby were excellent.

This was our second stay in this lovely, clean, conveniently situated apartment. It is perfectly arranged for friends and family, or in this case business associates, to have separate spaces, separate bathrooms and a communal space to gather. The kitchen is well-equipped and the neighborhood below is chock-full of markets providing fresh meats, veggies, cheese, wine and anything else you'd want to make dinners. Alexine bakery is directly across the street for morning pastries and there are two kitchen coffee makers. Many, many restaurants are nearby and the metro is 1/2 a block away. Great place, highly recommended!

Paris Dream

Felix was an amazing host and the apartment was fantastic. It was incredibly clean and well equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable (the AC was a super plus!) We loved the easy access to great restaurants, the metro, and the bustle of everyday Parisian life. We would definitely consider renting this place again. This was a rare find!

Location & area

A lovely space that has plenty of areas to relax & spread out with you and many guests. Including a great little outdoor deck. Also love the location with the street having lots of great restaurants, a fantastic bakery across the street, grocery stores just out the door and great coffee nearby as well. Felix & Virginia were also extremely attentive - will stay again!

Amazing stay in Paris

Our stay in this apartment was perfect. The space was perfect for our group of 7 people (3 couples and a single friend). The location is incredible, walking distance to many cafes, bars, and restaurants in a lively neighborhood and right at a main metro stop. The hosts are very friendly and communicative, ensuring we checked in successfully and knew how to use all the features of the apartment. I highly recommend this VRBO, especially for medium groups and medium-long term stays.

Wonderful Apartment!

The accommodations at this property were outstanding. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Communication with the owners was great and they were very accommodating to our early arrival. Located in a very vibrant neighborhood filled with amazing restaurants, patisseries and markets. A two minute walk to the metro. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We had a wonderful Paris vacation!

Very comfortable to stay

Overall the property was what we expected and more. Clean and spacious, it is located near the metro, several good restaurants and a great patisserie. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths made getting ready quick and the host was responsive when we requested top sheets. The only issues were the AC in the master bed was not strong enough for our liking as well as the entry was a little difficult with a thin stepped winding stairway, but not enough to cause many problems with our group of 60 something’s. We highly recommend the property.

Great Thanksgiving here

The apartment was really nice. Virginia was great. Location was good too. Everything worked and there was plenty of room for all 3 of us. Thank you for a great Thanksgiving. Entrance hall once you come into the building could use a paint job, but we have noticed several building are like that in France.

Spacious, quiet apartment close to everything

This apartment is beautifully remodeled with everything you need for a home base in Paris. It is in a lively neighborhood with an iconic arch just down the street. A great bakery steps from the front door. Felix is the best host we have ever experienced. Friendly, informative, and non-intrusive. He answered all our texts during our stay and was a pleasure to meet. The apartment is blissfully quiet! Loved it.

This is an excellent property! The photos are accurate depictions. It is spacious. There is good natural light. The furniture is ample and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The bedding and linens are of a good quality. The kitchen is well appointed with good quality cookware, flatware and glassware. It has very 2 nice bathrooms, and a 3rd, exceptionally nice bathroom en suite to the principal bedroom. There is a nice, private and furnished deck which can be accessed from the main BR and the sitting room.The neighborhood is vibrant with many good restaurants within 100 yds; Franprix, Monoprix and Carrefour City are w/i 2 - 5 minutes; the metro stop Bonne Nouvelle (Lines 8 & 9) is less than 5 minutes away. Alexine is a very good boulangerie that is practically across the street. The triumphal arch 80 yds. from the building entrance serves as a beautiful frame for the entire street.Felix, the host, is very accomodating. In fact I actually locked myself out of the apartment! He was there promptly to let me in, assuring me "don't worry;" "no problem." He was very kind! He gave some good pointers on things to do and see in the neighborhood.There is no elevator. However the one flight of stairs was easily navigated, including by one in our party who is recovering from a femoral fracture. Everyone in our group was delighted with the property! Because of the location; the ambience and amenities; and, the qualities of the host I highly recommend this property.

Family visit to Paris for 10 days

Great location, comfortable spacious apartment, everything we needed and more. The host was super helpful and even arranged luxury transport from and to the airport. Lots of local eateries right outside our door and the best bakery across the street. Metro 2- 3 minute walk from the apartment. AC was great, living comfortable with a nice TV. Wi-Fi was consistent

Great apartment

We loved the apartment. Plenty of space for two couples. Apartment was as described. Neighborhood is immigrant working class, lively area, but inside apartment was very quiet. Many restaurants and grocery stores and bakeries at our doorstop. Short walk to nearest metro. Great place as a base in Paris. We would stay there again.

Awesome home base

We stayed for a week in late spring with 8 people. A few had to sleep on couches but they were comfy. Having A/C throughout and laundry was very nice and not too common. Overall we had a great stay with the location being central, within steps from the metro and with tons of eating and shopping. Friday night partying was off the hook in this neighborhood, but once inside you would barely know it was happening. Felix and Virginia are great hosts too. Can't ask for much more.
