Check-In Process
Your host or property manager will reach out to arrange your check-in. Please note the following:
• Late check-ins after 6 PM can be arranged in consultation with your host and may incur an additional fee.
• Late check-ins after 9 PM are available upon request.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of €1000 is required for incidentals. The deposit details will be securely stored after your reservation is confirmed. However, no charge or authorization will occur unless the host files a claim for damages. Hosts have up to 14 days after your checkout date to submit a claim. The amount claimed may vary based on the extent of damages, if applicable.

Arrival Time
Please inform your host of your expected arrival time in advance. Contact details for your host will be provided in your reservation confirmation.
