This is a stunning villa with the most fantastic views. It is fairly new so everything is perfect. Fortunately it also has air con as it was extremely hot during our stay. Leo was so helpful with check in, even staying late on arrival day as we were delayed at the airport. Bernard, the owner, lives behind and was a lovely gentleman. It has all the amenities you could ask for. On arrival Leo found the TV was not working, so the next day he arrived with a brand new 65inch mega screen. It was fantastic. We didnt use the pool as we have some mobility issues, it is smaller than most pools but perfect for cooling off and for kiddies. You definitely need a car as the villa is some way from town etc. It is on a steep hill in a newly developed area so they were still doing some of the pavements nearby. We would highly recommend this villa for a relaxing stay looking at the most beautiful scenery you could ask for.

Fabulous villa

We've holidayed in the area a few times and have always wanted to stay on the mountain side. This villa did not disappoint. Excellent accomodation with fabulous views. Comfy bed and nice pool area although the pool is smaller than some we've had before. Everything you could want for a relaxing stay. Leo was very helpful too.

Just had an awesome week’s stay at this Stunning villa!Everything was perfect!The villa is so stylish- absolutely beautifully furnished and designed- feels really luxurious!The outside dining area is Beautiful- and completely protected from any wind And The View!!!!!”Stunning” does not do it justice- it is Breathtaking- I was speechless! And Leo made checking in so easy and made us feel really welcome Thank you for an amazing stay- we would love to return!

We have just returned from a 10 day stay at this fabulous villa.. family of 4..2 adults and 2 boys of 15 and 5. The villa was incredible and had everything we needed and more. The location was amazing with the most spectacular view.. the hours we spent watching the boats going backwards and forwards. The pool was ideal and our kids favourite part. We can’t recommend this place enough seriously.. our host Bernard and Leo who showed us around and cleaned the pool half way through our stay were both lovely. Thank you ever so much. This is a beautiful 2 bedroom villa, with 1 double room & 1 twin room (there are no other bedrooms/beds). It’s on a very steep incline overlooking the bay. The views are wonderful. It’s spacious and has great facilities. We would love to return here. Really liked:The viewPool - sun on it all dayKitchen facilities & food basicsLots of good quality towels (Inc beach towels)The covered patio is a great area to relaxLiked:The aircon5 for a taxi to the townLaundry facilities - the day after me moaning to my family that there was nowhere to hang my small laundry clip/peg hanger, a clothes maiden appeared at our front door (thank you) Was someone listening - this could go in my ‘Really Disliked’ section?Not bothered either way:Large TV - we never used it; bring your own fire stick if you want English channels2 comfy sofas in the lounge, but we sat outside45 mins by car to the airportUncover/recover the pool to keep it warmThe pool was big enough for us - the length is about 2.5 sun beds (see photo)Disliked:Distance from town centre - 55 mins brisk walk to main strip of bars/restaurants; 45 mins to the ferry portNo plastic cups for use by the pool - we bought some and left themGreen substance around the sides of the pool which discoloured our swimwear and floatsThe pool wasn’t cleaned during our 10 day stay - I think this should be done at least weeklyReally disliked:Construction noise Mon-FriThe pillows - flat and lacking supportThe very steep hill

The property was very clean and the views were amazingUnfortunately we were woken up on the first day 8am by builders next door as there was ongoing outdoor work still going on the property. We would’ve liked to have known about this before we booked so we can make the choice whether or not we wanted that.We were disturbed on seven days of our 10 day holiday by either cement mixer angle grinder or builders talking which did impact on our time that we were outside.The information about the property was misleading as It spoke about an office space. There was a twin room a double room a lounge kitchen diner all open plan but there was no office space. This should be removed off the site.We contacted the host a few times and had replies on half of the times. we contacted him twice about the poor Wi-Fi which we didn’t have for five days he didn’t respond to our messagesWe would’ve liked to have had information about when the bedding was coming the towels being changed and how to work appliances that were in the propertyWe contacted the host about what to do with the bins and recycling. He informed us that it was down the road which is what we did, but the information would’ve been helpful beforehand.

Toller Blick über Playa Blanca

Super schöner Blick über Playa Blanca. Haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet . Kleiner Nachteil es gibt zwar einen großen Fernseher , der ist aber nicht angeschlossen. Da die Gegend neu erschlossen wird gibt es viele Baustellen rund herum,! Sollte man wissen.

La estancia en esta casa ha sido excelente. Todo tal cual las fotos, casa fantasticamente equipada, con todas las comodidades y servicios. Ubicacion maravillosa, hemos estado una semana en familia super a gusto. La gestion de la entrada muy amable, no hay nada que le falle. Unas vistas que son un espectaculo.
