Villa Seashell is ideally located in a central location offering easy access to the stunning beaches of our island and also the vibrant center of Chania. This charming semi-detached villa features 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, and a exquisite designed living room with an open kitchen. The highlight is the exterior space, which sits right on the seafront, providing a serene and picturesque setting where you can unwind to the sound of the waves.
Sleeping arrangements
The villa offers 2 bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom has a comfortable big double bed and the second bedroom offers a single bed. Both rooms have satellite TVs ,air conditioners, ceiling fans and access to a shaded balcony. 2 more people can comfortably sleep on the sofa bed of the living room.

The villa is a semi detached house, with shared parking space.
Private spaces
Outside there are private bbq facilities, and a fenced patio that is full of modern and comfortable outdoor furniture such as sun loungers and an outdoor dining area.

The villa is easily accessible as on a central road. It is a gated semi-detached property and there is parking space. The entrance to the property (automatic gate opened and closed with a remote control) and the parking space are shared by the occupants of the other house. The lounge area in front of the beach and the bbq facilities are private only for the guests of villa Seashell.
We are always at our guests` disposal for any information or assistance.
Guests can easily go around on foot, by car or taxi or even by bus.
1-Pets are not allowed.
2-Parties are not allowed.
3-Guests must respect the silent hours as per Greek law.
4-The house is located in a natural environment surrounded by nature. As part of the Greek ecosystem, insects such as cicadas, bees, flies, etc. may be present in the outdoor areas.
5-External visitors require prior approval.
6-The consumption of drugs or engagement in any illegal activity, according to Greek law, is strictly prohibited on the property.
7-Any extra services requested during the stay are subject to additional charges.
8-One baby cot and one high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. Any additional items are subject to an extra fee.
9-Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, utensils, or any other property supplied with the rental must not be taken out or transferred from one location to another.
10-Although the PROPERTY is in pristine condition, the OWNER cannot guarantee against failure of heating, air conditioning, WLAN, TVs, satellite receivers, or other appliances. Any inoperative equipment must be reported immediately to the contact person. The OWNER will make every reasonable effort to have repairs completed quickly and efficiently.
11-The OWNER attempts to properly maintain the PROPERTY in pristine condition; any unsafe or dangerous condition must be reported immediately to the OWNER or the Manager.
12-The GUEST acknowledges that the use of the property, including all facilities, equipment, and installations, is entirely at the GUESTâs own risk. The property management and OWNER are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur during the stay.
13-Guests are fully responsible for their own safety, belongings, and personal items.
14-The host is not responsible for the behavior, noise, or actions of any third parties outside the property.
